Even tho the cultivation technique is nowhere perfect or complete and has only three stages, it already made Daniel speechless on the potentials in it. The first stage focused on the body, the foundation of everything, according to the instructions in the first chapter in Yggdrasel, the technique refines one's physic in some sort of a perfect conductor for the natural energy, changing every cell in the body on molecular level, giving him a talent beyond comprehending in the Energy gathering, In other words a talent that shouldn't exist in the first place, and that was just the first step of it.
The second chapter of Yggdrasel mention and described the refining of one's Soul, it an endless process theoretically.....but that's just because most creatures never surpassed and overcomed the concept of infinity, at least that's how Daniel sees it. in this realm the Soul becomes more powerful and more capable of supporting the mind. It gains the power to affect the spiritual and material plane on a certain degree depending on some few parameters : Purity, Depth and density. Where purity gives the power to the soul, depth inflects the spiritual plane and the density affect the material plane.
As for the third realm, the mind, he couldn't comprehend it or even process it, when he tried to force it (overdrive himself) he got a headache and almost fainted. When he asked the system, the system replied :
[The soul isn't capable of is supporting the host's mind to process this part of the technique yet. The Ai suggest to the host to try again after the cultivation of the second part to a certain degree]
Daniel was....certainly disappointed , he was very anxious to read and cultivate the mind part, he was a little bit of a smart man himself, but who wouldn't want a sharper mind to cut the trees of the unknown surrounding the knowledge with the knife called analysing. Daniel knew that without more firepower on the mind's side he wouldn't understand several things due his lack of capability and his comprehending limits.
But....that's means nothing now. As he should found the ground to build the house, in other words he should starts cultivating the Body part to even think about cultivating the soul part as a house with no foundation collapse really fast. He laid down to the ground and started absorbing the energy with the help of the system gathering it for him till he transform 5% of his physique to do it himself. His last thoughts before entering that deep construction state was
"Who knew that the known wuxia cultivation position was bullsh*t all along."
