The Federation Government's base on Sith Star is one of the A-level strongholds established in the Great Universe Sea. The Federation Government only has about thirty such strongholds, all guarded by experts with Heavenly God Battle Power. Coupled with the military and other defensive forces stationed there, foreign forces would not dare to invade recklessly.
However, for the Guding Pirate Group, a stronghold of this level is really not much of a challenge.
