Groggily awakening, she felt the warmth of a chest, lips incessantly landing on her shoulder, and hands roaming her body. Instinctively, she reached back, hooking her arm around his neck, and turned her head for a long kiss with him. It was not until a light chuckle sounded and they parted lips that she bolted into awareness, pushing him away and hastily grabbing the quilt to her chest as she sat up.
"What's wrong?" asked Adrian, who was lying on his side in bed, laughing.
"Well… um..." Natalie avoided looking at him, mentally piecing together her words, "Nothing, just… I should get up, and besides, this is my dorm…"
"It's fine, dear," Adrian said lazily, pulling her back into his embrace, "You don't have classes today and your roommate isn't here, so there's no rush to get up."
"But…" Natalie struggled a little, "I have things to do, to prepare for the upcoming course and some papers. I need to go to the library to research…"
