Ethan Laurent opened the door, saw her there unexpectedly, and frowned, glancing subtly in Summer Ford's direction.
Summer Ford acted as if she hadn't seen him and continued with her own tasks.
"Come in." Ethan Laurent frowned as he let Raine Sullivan in, then slammed the door shut with a bang.
He did it with such force that the door rattled loudly, making several people in the office outside flinch.
Summer Ford looked up in the direction of his room and frowned.

Without paying much attention, she carried on with her own work.

"Why did you come by suddenly?" Ethan Laurent had a meeting coming up and was organizing his things while talking to her.
"I just happened to be passing by, so I thought I'd stop in, and also greet Grandpa and Caden." Raine Sullivan explained, pacing to his side and giving him a subtle glance, "Are you busy? Need any help?"
