Moments before the three monsters appeared on the battlefield, Leon was watching the Demon Tide fight against Sora when he takes out three of the eight cards and looks at them.
"I call upon your strength Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk the Tormentor, and The Winged Dragon of Ra. Lent me your strength once more to bring peace to this land," says Leon as the cards begin to shine before they leave his hand.
The sky turned dark as the clouds were blocking the light when a Dragon cry was heard. Slider the Sky Dragon descended from the dark clouds with the Winged Dragon of Ra while Obelisk the Tormentor rose out of the ground.
This surprised Keyblade Masters seeing the Egyptian God Cards they thought that more enemies arrived to take them down until Slifer opened his second mouth and attacked the Demon Tide joined by Obelisk and Ra.
The Keyblade Wielders didn't know what was going on and Grace seemed scared of the three gods as she hid inside Kairi's shirt showing only her fearful face.
Leon then appears behind them and walks straight past them making some of them nervous since a black coat normally doesn't bring good news when Leon sees Keyblades fly in their direction.
"It seems the souls of the previous Masters want to help you all," says Leon seeing the phenomena when one of the Keyblade flew right beside of Sora who jumped on it and lead the Keyblades into battle.
"Who are you?" asks Aqua pointing her Keyblade at Leon's back.
"I am Kairi's and Lea's Ancestor," says Leon as he removes his hood showing his face for the first time to Kairi who knew who he was.
"Blue eyes and silver hair, you look a lot like John when he became a Keyblade Wielder. He also had silver hair but his eyes were green and not blue," says Kairi as Leon looked at her.
"I inherited the eyes from his grandfather but my hair could pass as silver but he would say platinum blond instead," says Leon as he showed a scar running down his left cheek.
"Now then Seven Guardians of Light are you ready to face the Thirteen Guardians of Darkness?" asks Leon as Obelisk seemed to attack them.
The group prepared for the attack that never came when suddenly the ground under them began to shake and they find the arm of Obelisk shielding them from the attack of the Demon Tide.
"You thought Obelisk wanted to harm you," says Leon with a smile as he summoned Oblivion and Oathkeeper.
"You should keep your eye on the Tide it is getting bigger with every second that passes," says Leon as Heartless that aren't connected to the Tide attacked them as well.
Slider and Ra attacked the Tide trying to make it smaller but the opposite happens as it grew bigger and bigger. Even Sora with the Will of the previous Masters was having trouble fighting the Tide as it became far bigger than it originally should be.
Sora was trying his best but soon he was pushed out of the Tide as were the Keyblades. He was caught by Leon who jumped towards him.
"It seems stronger than I thought even my three God Cards can't defeat it," says Leon seriously when Sora seemed desperate again.
"But fear not I haven't used my strongest pal yet," says Leon with a smile as he pulls the five cards out of his pocket.
Sora saw the cards which contained body parts of a body when he hears Leon say, "I call upon your strength mighty protector and vanquisher of the Seven Light and Thirteen Darknesses. Serve me once more mighty Exodia!"
The five cards began to shine before they left his hand and entered the ground of the Badlands before Exodia's right hand breaks out of the ground followed by its left hand.
Then it pushes itself out of the ground. Its chains broke and it was towering over the God Cards as it faced the Demon Tide and its hands seemed to gather a huge amount of power when Leon shout, "Obliterate!"
Exodia releases its attack which the Demon Tide couldn't escape from as the whole sky suddenly cleared and the sun was shining upon them all again.
"Who would have thought that an unknown Master would also appear," says Xehanort as he walked towards them while Leon landed on the ground while Exodia and the Egyptian God Cards began to shine before they returned into Leon's hand as cards.
"See me more as a watcher instead of a participant in your game," says Leon as he placed his hood over his head again before disappearing from their eyes.
In the meantime on the other side of the battlefield, Lux was making her first steps in ages when she saw the four monsters and says, "He called them."
"You know them?" asks Yui as Lux nods.
"Yes, they are Theo," says Lux as John was confused.
"Theo should be a Chirithy how can they be him," says John as he was seriously confused as was Nesiara.
"Theo used his Chirithy form when Leon doesn't need his strength but once Leon needs his help he turns into eight cards," says Lux as she points at Slifer first before moving on while saying, "Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk the Tormentor, The Winged Dragon of Ra, and the Mighty Exodia. Theo told me that Exodia alone with Leon's help defeated the Seven Lights and Thirteen Darknesses."
"They were banished into the Final World and the Realm of Darkness by them but Exodia did most of the work while the God Cards hold the followers of them back and protected our two children," says Lux as she was quite sad talking about that.
"I wasn't there when it happened since I was killed by one of the Darknesses. It was because of that, that the first Keyblade War started and the First World split apart at the end of it," says Lux as Nesiara placed her hand on Lux's shoulder.
"We can't change the past but we can change the future," says Nesiara smiling at her before Lux was surrounded by the other family members before Exodia vanquished the dark clouds and the giant enemy.
"We should move the Guardians should soon begin to fight," says John as they began to walk into the cave.
"Why does this situation remind me a lot of what happened in Underworld," says Kieron as some of the members haven't experienced Underworld.
"You mean because we are going to fight against overpowered beings again," says Nora confusing the already confused members.
"Let's just hope the ending is written differently than last time," says Yui remembering that John lost all his limbs on that day.
"This time we are more than just five Crownguards," says John not looking back since he was feeling emotional thinking how far they made it from back then with Kieron, Yui, and Celine being married and giving him grandchildren while Nora found her partner for life.
"Let's just get this over and bring your brother home," says John as a tear run down his cheek which made Nesiara smile at him.
"Yes, let us get one of the lost Crownguards back," says Nesiara as she leaned her head against her husband's arm while clinging it making everyone see the height difference between both as Lux now saw from who Leon inherited his height.
They arrived at the other side of the cave and find the Skein of Severance in front of them without seeing anyone there which meant that they already entered the Maze-like construct made by Xehanort.
John looks up and sees that the sun is at its peak which means that the fights must have just begun.
"Do we enter it?" asks Kieron as he was ready to do so.
"Yes, you go and join them. It might give Lux a surprise to see some of her descendants," says John with a smile as he closed his eyes.
Their companions move out as John looks at the sky and says, "Time to show them that there is another way."
"Let's go," says Nesiara as she turns to Lux who was still behind them.
Vincent and Yui arrived at the battlefield in which Riku and Sora were fighting Ansem, Xigbar, and another Riku when Yui says, "It seems you could use some help."
"Yui and Vincent," says Sora surprised to see them.
"You are not supposed to be here," says Ansem as Yui smiles at him.
"That is right I should have been looking after my student and my son. But you have pissed against the wrong leg by going one of our family members," says Yui as she wanted to transform to fight them when Vincent steps in.
"You fought enough for today. Rest for a bit," says Vincent as he looked at the three while Yui only sighs.
"Fine, but you should know that your wife isn't that fragile just because I am three months in," says Yui as Vincent smiles.
"I can take care of all of them alone but let us make it fast," says Vincent before looking at Sora and he continues, "What do you say Sora?"
"Let us finish this," says Sora as he rushed in with Riku when Xigbar shoots at them only to find his projectiles being intercepted by Vincent's bullets.
"I am your opponent," says Vincent to Xigbar before a flash of Chaos could be seen by Xigbar who was confused.
"What are you?" asks Xigbar as he points his guns at Vincent who only smiles.
"Your worst nightmare," says Vincent as he pulled out Death Penalty and changed into his Chaos Form before he began his bombardment on Xigbar who was surprised by how fast Vincent suddenly became attacking him from all angles.
Before he stopped right in front of Xigbar and says, "The old man says 'Hi', traitor."
"How do yo-" says Xigbar before Vincent pulled the trigger executing him right there giving him no chance to finish the sentence which made Ansem retreat since he still was needed for later.
After two of the three were defeated, Riku and Sora had an easy time defeating the Riku that fell into darkness while Yui was cheering them on.
