John was cooking the deer over the open flame while the rabbits were well done as the Hobbits and Aragorn were eating them already when John feels a disturbance nearby.
He stopped as looked at Nesiara and asks, "Do you feel it?"
"Something is coming towards us," says Nesiara confirming John's feeling.
John stretched his hand out and Yamato appears in his hand. The Hobbits became nervous while Aragorn asks, "What is going on?"
"Something is coming and they don't come to talk," says John as Nesiara had Queen in her hand.
"Nora, watch the deer while we find out what is coming," says Nesiara as John jumps onto Fang's back with Nesiara while Jinx followed them.
Fang begins to move towards where John felt the disturbance as they arrived and found black riders giving them a bad feeling.
"Who are you and what do you want this near to our camp?" asks John as the riders didn't answer but attacked with a blade that felt as cold as ice.
John swings Yamato against the first sword breaking it in two. Nesiara blocks the other swords with her spear while saying, "It's getting cold how about I raise the temperature."
She begins to flame up as her spear begins to form molten magma. The riders seemed scared as she didn't wait and raised them to the ground with her spear.
The riders turned to ash with their mounts while John took out one of them but didn't kill the rider as he lifted him from the ground using the Force.
"Speak why did you attack?" asks John as the rider didn't seem to be in a panic.
"You who came from another World are interrupting the return of our lord. You won't be able to protect the ring always. We will get it and once our Lord returns it will be your end," says the rider as only his black cloak remained in the air.
"He is gone," says Nesiara before turning to the ash saying, "They also escaped before they died but they should have suffered some injuries from the magma."
"Let's hope that we arrive at Rivendell without more incidents," says John as he mounted Fang again when Jinx suddenly turned into her real form.
"How about a race?" asks Nesiara with a smile as she jumped on Jinx.
"See you at the camp," says John as the race started.
In the camp, Nora was watching the deer as it was well cooked before taking it from the flame when Aragorn asks, "Aren't they taking too long?"
"Not really they should be here in a moment," says Nora as they suddenly felt the wind to pick up and they see a giant red bird coming their way.
"Enemy!" shouts Aragorn as Nora shakes her head.
"Ally. That is Jinx the little bird that was sitting on the head of Fang the whole time. That is her real form," says Nora as Jinx landed in the camp and turned back into her small form sitting on Nesiara's shoulder.
"It seems I'm first," says Nesiara as the others looked confused when Fang jumped out of a bush with John on him.
"It seems we have lost to them today," says John while petting Fang.
"Now what is my reward," says Nesiara with a smile as John smiled at her.
"You know that very well," says John as Nesiara wanted her reward but that could wait until later.
"We meet some riders in black cloaks and horses. They attacked us without a warning but we dealt with them and pushed them back," says Nesiara looking at Aragorn.
"Nazgul, they were after the hobbits," says Aragorn when John puts a finger on his mouth telling Aragorn to shut his mouth when Celine and Bran entered the camp dragging an old man behind them.
"Dad, look what we found in the nearby bushes," says Celine proudly as she showed off their trophy.
The man was unconscious holding his staff. He had grey clothes on and had a long unkempt grey beard and hair. Nesiara walked over and hit both her children for injuring an old person.
Aragorn and the hobbits see the old man and shout, "Gandalf!"
"You know him?" asks John as Aragorn nods.
"He is a wizard and a friend that we wanted to meet in Weathertop before going to Rivendell. But now that he is here we can directly travel to Rivendell," says Aragorn as Nesiara's hand suddenly began to shine with green energy healing the wound on the head of Gandalf.
"You are wizards as well," says Aragorn no longer surprised by their achievements.
"You could say so," says Nesiara as the head was back to normal when she continues, "He will need some rest."
"He will sleep with Aragorn. I will sleep beside the fire tonight," says John as he didn't want a wounded old man to sleep outside.
"Now to you two," says Nesiara as she had a scary expression on her face that could even intimidate John.
"What did you think you were doing attacking an old man?" asks Nesiara as the twins began to hug each other in fear.
"We found him spying on the camp. You two left and we thought he was an enemy that wanted to attack the camp in your absence," says Celine scared when Nesiara sighs from hearing that.
She knew that she couldn't punish them if what they said was true since he really could have been a threat to them by what Celine said.
"See they didn't do it on purpose. How about some light punishment," says John as he was trying to save the twins.
"You are right," says Nesiara as she looked at the twins and says, "Let us eat dinner before going to sleep."
They ate the deer leaving only bones behind. The next day they continued their travel as Gandalf was laying on top of Fang while a grey horse followed them.
They reached Weathertop when Gandalf awakened on Fang's back. He opened his eyes and saw the blue sky moving. He wanted to stand up when he felt something soft under him that wasn't his horse.
"You are finally awake it seems. You were sleeping for the last three days," says Nesiara as she was looking over Gandalf.
Gandalf lifted himself when he sees the two devils that knocked him out. He tried to grab his staff only to find a sword on his neck coming from behind him with immense killing intent.
"I know that our children have knocked you out but should you grab for your weapon I will make sure it was the last thing you will do," says John as Gandalf only sees a shadow with blue eyes staring at him.
"John," says Nesiara as Gandalf lifted his hands showing that he wouldn't do anything.
"I'm just making sure he doesn't do anything stupid. We are all on the same side after all," says John as he put Yamato away and his killing intent vanished making Gandalf see John's real appearance.
"What do you mean with 'On the same side'?" asks Gandalf as Nesiara pointed towards Aragorn and the Hobbits.
"We are here to help you destroy the ring that's why we are traveling to Rivendell together," says Nesiara as Gandalf could see her ears.
"Elven heritage," says Gandalf as Nesiara smiles.
"That's right like all my children. But we should rather talk about the obvious right," says Nesiara as Gandalf nods.
"You are Otherworldlers," says Gandalf as they nod.
"That's right, like said before our mission is to destroy the ring but we can't touch it," says Nesiara as she explained everything to Gandalf while the others couldn't even see or hear them since they were under the illusion that Gandalf was still sleeping.
"Your Ancestors should really think about where they send their people. This land is dangerous," says Gandalf as John smiled.
"You were knocked out by our children. If we were to go seriously the world could be destroyed. Just Nesiara using a full power stomp against the ground could crack it apart," says John as he was praising his wife.
"So your mission is to protect the ring bearer until he destroys the ring?" asks Gandalf to make sure.
"Something like that. If the ring falls into the wrong hands we will take the ring and bring it to its origin to destroy it ourselves," says John as he hinted that if the ring bearer would end up corrupted they would kill him or her to finish his or her mission.
"Then I really hope that it never comes to it because Frodo is the nephew of a close friend of mine," says Gandalf worried about the hobbit.
"I hope so too. I really don't want to kill the boy," says John as they continued when John waves his head and the illusion disappeared making the group see that Gandalf woke up.
They seemed happy to see the grey beard wake up as they continued on their travel when they arrived at a river where Elves troops were awaiting them.
They pulled the string of their bows aiming at them when one of them says, "Stop right there."
"Hello, friend. We are here to meet the Lord of Rivendell. We have an important thing to inform him about," says Gandalf when the Elf saw Aragorn beside Gandalf with four hobbits.
Then the Elf looked to the other side and saw four dark-skinned elves and a giant while asking, "Are the Otherworldlers part of your group?"
"They are," says Gandalf as he sees that the Elves became nervous when he continues, "They are here to help with this important thing that will be happening in the future. They want to help are we to deny their help just because they don't belong here."
"What is that thing you are talking about?" asks the Elf as Gandalf looked at Frodo who flashed the ring making the Elf go pale.
"I need to inform the Lord," says the Elf as he rushed to his horse and says before leaving, "Let them rest here and don't border them until I return."
The Elf then leaves while the group made their camp when Aragorn asks, "What did they mean with Otherworldlers?"
