Arriving at Sector 5, Kieron asks, "How can we even return without her?"
"Elmyra knows about. We told her before leaving," says Nesiara answering Kieron's question as they walked over the bridge.
Tifa and Barret were surprised to see the place full of life while Cloud was just fascinated by it when Nora says, "This is were Aerith lives with her mother. They take care of all those flowers around here. The house behind it is ours."
They stood in front of Elmyra's house when John says, "I will go to Paradise."
"Why?" asks Yui as John smiles at her.
"I caught a Behemoth that was inside the Lab. I send it there and with Ronnie and the others there problems are programmed," says John as Cloud, Tifa, and Barret looked at John with shock.
"A real Behemoth," says Kieron as he heard stories about them.
"Yes, it's a male. Now I only need to catch a female and I can give my grandchildren some Behemoth puppies. If I ever have some," says John as Nesiara smiled at John while Kieron and the other two looked away.
"Alright, see you later," says Nesiara as she enters the house with the other while John disappears.
"What is Paradise?" asks Tifa curiously.
"A Realm in which we can retreat from everything. Many wonderful things live there," says Nesiara as Elmyra was waiting for them.
She wasn't angry nor worried as she says, "Aerith is with them."
"We know," says Kieron not able to look her in the eyes like the others.
"Don't give yourself the fault. She is waiting for you all," says Elmyra as she puts her hand on Kieron's face while saying, "She smiled when she left with them knowing that you all will save her."
Then she turns to Barret and says, "Your daughter is upstairs sleeping right now. You should also rest for today."
"What about Aerith?" asks Nora as Elmyra sighs.
"They won't do anything to her, trust me," says Elmyra knowing that they needed Aerith alive.
"You heard her. Everyone go and rest. Tomorrow will be a long day," says Nesiara as she then turns to Elmyra and asks, "Do you want company?"
"That would be nice," says Elmyra as she could see that John wasn't here and asks, "Where is John?"
"He retreated because he didn't want to look you in the eyes. He masked it to the others saying that he needed to tame a Behemoth he caught but in reality, he is just angry with himself because he doesn't want to change much of the story but sooner or later he will," says Nesiara explaining why John wasn't really there.
"So he is ashamed even after we talked about this topic before," says Elmyra as Nesiara smiles.
"He isn't over the first time he betrayed me to accomplish the mission. I'm also not completely over it but he doesn't want to show it publicly," says Nesiara as Elmyra listened to what happened before between both.
In the meantime, John was in Paradise seeing the Tailed-Beasts and Ronnie surrounding a poor Behemoth when arrived.
"Are you going to collect animals too," asks Kurama as he looked at John.
"Maybe," says John as he looked at the Behemoth who looked like a normal dog beside the others when John says, "I wanted to train him but it seems you all have it under control."
"You fled from your responsibility," says Kurama as he looked at John who looked down and continues, "You need to let the past rest."
"I will one day. But not now," says John as Kurama sighs.
"Anyway, you should take him to the Mountains. He will feel home around there since no one lived there even when Logan was the owner of Paradise," says Kurama pointing at Mountain full with snow.
John then jumps onto the Behemoth and says, "Well then, I hope you know your place now."
The Behemoth seemed to understand John as it began to walk slowly away in the direction John was pointing to.
In the middle of the way John says, "You will need a name. How about Thor? You were just like Thor was portrayed in books. Someone strong but easy to defeat because of his personality."
Thor was at first proud hearing that he was strong but looked down ashamed about the other part when John says, "Nothing to be ashamed of we need to learn from our mistakes so we don't repeat them even if I repeat them most of the times."
They were approaching the mountain Kurama had pointed to when the Behemoth begins to run faster feeling lively in this new environment with the snow.
"Good that you like it here. You will have to wait for a while until I find you a partner. But you could begin to make your cave or what you Behemoth make to sleep from the harsh storms," says John as Thor began to walk away when John jumped off of him.
"This is done. Time to return," says John as he returned in front of Elmyra's house.
He sees Elmyra and Nesiara drinking something as he sat down outside seeing the girl that was with his children.
He walks over and asks, "Everything alright?"
The girl was surprised as she returned to reality and turned around seeing John.
"Sorry, I was just thinking about everything that happened today," says the girl as she looked quite sad.
"How about we sit down it is quite hard to look up the whole time," says John as he sits on the ground.
The girl follows as he says, "Today we all had a rough day it seems."
"What do you mean?" asks the girl as John sighs.
"I should sometimes forget my mission and just do as my wife says. If I did Aerith might not have been captured and the plate might not have fallen over the slums," says John as he looked up seeing the moon shine down.
"But if I didn't let it fall the heroes that need to stand up would still be sitting and let everything fall apart," says John as the girl looked at him confused.
"They didn't tell you?" asks John as he sees the girl's expression.
"No," says the girl as she looked at John.
"Well, we are travelers. We are heroes for the people we travel with but not for the people. The people need heroes that are always around," says John as he explained to the girl that they aren't from Gaia but from somewhere else.
"The real heroes are you, Cloud, Barret, and many more," says John as he looked at the sky.
"So we are heroes?" asks the girl as John nods.
"You are about to become but you need to train to be able to fight Sephiroth. That's why we are here to help you in that aspect. We trained with some heroes before training heroes ourselves. But our children think in another way as we do. They don't see the truth about everything," says John as he sighs.
"And what is the truth?" asks the girl.
"A world without a hero to guard it will fall faster because when the next climax arrives and we aren't here what would happen?" asks John the girl as she turned pale.
"The world would fall," says the girl as John nods.
"Exactly, that's why we are going to train you once we saved Aerith on our journey to stop both Shinra and Sephiroth," says John as the girl looked confused at him.
"Didn't you say Shinra wasn't the enemy?" asks the girl as John smiles.
"Not the real enemy but they are still enemies that are destroying the planet," says John as he smiles.
"But we can't destroy them completely. You only have to change the perspective of how to gather enough energy for the whole city. Trust me in my world we power up city many times bigger with just such a small thing," says John as he takes an Arc-Reactor out of nowhere.
"Really?" asks Tifa as she forgot about her worries.
"Yes, we formally also destroyed our planet until many people began to protest against how we gather our energy when we turned to alternative ways to produce energy," says John as he began a history lesson for the girl who was completely into it right now.
From the shadows, Elmyra and Nesiara were watching them as Elmyra says, "It seems he really was struggling with it."
"He might never show it but he really is just a big softy after all," says Nesiara with a smile as she turned to a person that was stalking the two too and says, "You too, Cloud."
"I have better things to do," says Cloud as he turned away seeing that Tifa was alright.
"Let's get them inside," says Elmyra as Nesiara nods, and both crash the conversation of the two as Nesiara dragged John and Elmyra Tifa into the house.
The next morning everyone was quite in a miserable mood since Aerith wasn't around when John says, "Tonight we will get her and leave the city."
"What? I can't, what about Marlene, Biggs, Jessie, and Wedge?" asks Barret as he couldn't leave them behind.
"Marlene will be living here with Elmyra and four protectors," says Nesiara as John cuts a hole into the air making a portal appear as a White Tiger, a Phoenix, a Yellow Dinosaur and a Dog that walked on two feet appeared out of it.
"Those are Fang, Jinx, Dino, and Inu. Fang is my partner. Jinx belongs to Nesiara while Dino and Inu belong to Yui," says John as the four newcomers looked around.
"Pretty small here. Don't tell me you lived in this house the whole time," says Dino as four people jumped up from hearing Dino talk.
"It can talk," says Barret when suddenly both Jinx and Fang turned into humans surprising them even more.
"We all are intelligent beings and as strong as our masters. We will keep you safe," says Jinx as she turned towards Barret.
"You won't be coming with us but keep Elmyra and the little girl safe that is still sleeping upstairs," says Nesiara as all four looked at John and Nesiara.
"Sorry about that but an evil company could try to take them as hostages to get to us," says John as Fang sighs.
"We never get something good to do," says Fang as the room begins to laugh seeing the four sigh.
"Now about our plan to get Aerith back," says John as he looked at group and begins to tell them the plan.
