Lou Xing was surrounded, clearly this wasn't a solution, it would attract more of the Guard Team, or even his former Special Action Group.
So Lou Xing no longer held back, he pushed the Guard Team away and took Qing Dai hostage on the stage.
Qing Dai had been very popular in District Two recently, and many in the Guard Team liked her.
Seeing Qing Dai being held, they all stopped.
"Official Lou, don't make another mistake!"
"Official Lou, don't act recklessly, we're all on the same side here, come back with us, there's still room to maneuver on this matter."
One after another they pleaded.
But unfortunately, Lou Xing didn't fall for it; he held Qing Dai hostage and quickly retreated to the back.
Just as the Guard Team was about to catch up, he threw a smoke bomb.
When the smoke cleared, Lou Xing was nowhere to be seen.
