In an Island that's location was hidden to the general public.
This island was the base of S.O.U.L and where they also build the first Hero Academy.
But this Island has another secret and that is beneath the Academy a huge prison was created where the first villains who obtained superpower was imprisoned.
Here in this underground prison their powers was sealed by a special collar that also act as a power source that empowered the academy above.
Only a few teachers and students knows of its existence as the others only see this as a heavenly bless ground for training students with Superpowers.
The graduates of S.O.U.L Academy then enter society as Super Heroes which is directly overseer by the Hero's Association.
"All Savior what's the status for the chosen child, It's almost 6 years and we still had no clue about it! We only have another 9 years before the next meteor fall and this time as Madam Alimama predicted this meteor well attract predators from all over the galaxy!" A person whom look like a mad scientist was talking to All Savior as if they are equal. Surprisingly enough this person was a zero as what was shown on the bracelet he wears.
"And what's with this damn bracelet why must we wear it and this label is it this that damn zero number!"
This time his voice was louder that shows a hint of anger and annoyance.
Walking with this bracelet made people see that you are a zero and the look of ridicule appeared to their eyes as if they look down of you well make you feel that your just a trash of the society.
"Big Brother X-Savior relax! This was what the Hero Associate decided! I am also helpless about it.."
All Savior helpless reply to his brother. The Mad Scientist was in fact All Saviors blood related brother code name X-Savior.
X-Savior tools made the sibling survive the cruel worlds where superpowers were abuse.
Then one day X-Savior created a tool that can awaken deep and hidden superpowers.
Using such tool All Savior was born but sadly the tool did not work on X-Savior as he remains a normal person unlike his all powerful younger brother.
"Bahhh... Those parasites... They only know how to trick the public and manipulate them in the shadow..." X-Savior angrily commented as he was never happy being labeled as zero.
In the past both him and his little brother was just an ordinary orphan who was abandon out of poverty. They once live in fear of being discovered by the debtor as their parents run away living them to pay the debts they had gotten. The two children survive the cruel underground society.
X-Savior was a genius as he was good at inventing things. At the time The Overlords who rule the world hunt normal humans as slaves and both siblings saw their friends and lovers being drag and died one way or another.
"Brother how long well you let the Hero Association control you! Even now they are trying to secretly control the S.O.U.L Academy as they are forcing their way to take over.."
"I well not let that happen don't worry about it as for them doing what they please I already sent some of my trusted disciples to assassinate the scums that pollutes this world.."
"Heh.. brother you sounded like a Villain just now if the world knows that you are secretly killing zero people I wonder what they well feel.."
"I don't care about that I never discriminate zero's and people with superpowers as for the people I killed none of them are innocent they are just corrupt parasite that drown themselves with the power they obtain through using illegal means.."

"Big brother it also time for you to start your own family it was way to long your old lover well surely understand.."

Meanwhile on S City the child who insulted Saferu back at the superpower assessment talk to his father. "Dad the child of the person you hated was zero.. ha ha ha I had fun insulting him.."
The child who obtain a Fire superpower was called Mike and was also Saferu's classmate. The reason Mike dislike Saferu was because of the influence of his father. Mike Father was a famous A level Hero called Aflamero and he had a bad blood with Saferu's father due to an old grudge that happen when they were younger. Surprisingly the Jealousy started because Saferu's father was a handsome A level Hero who's superpower can heal any major external wound. Although not that powerful to revive dead people he was very popular especially towards female heroes. Aflamero was a hot blooded youth a hero who often harm his own teammate with the flame he uses at that time he often went berserk with his flame fire power it was enough to burn the whole team. But as long as Saferu's father was around then there the team always survive and doesn't even leave enough burn marks at them. Aflamero always ended up being scolded by their team leader while Saferu's father often showered with praise and always surrounded by different beautiful girls. This became a deep seated grudge as it all started from a ridiculous jealousy.
"ha ha ha that bastard finally got what he deserves! No matter how popular he was he still ended with a Zero wife and child.." Aflamero laugh loudly and his son Mike also laugh with him. They are the typical people with superpowers who look down on zero people.
"But it well not end just like that... I promise to myself that I well return back all the shame that bastard did to me...Son at the next school vacation I need you and your mom to go in a vacation far from S city.."
"Father well you also come with us?"
"No just you and your mom"
"But but father I wanted you to come with us.."
"No!.. Enough I have important matters to do at that time..."
Somewhere inside S City a group of Heroes are secretly gathering they made sure that nobody well notice that they arrive at a hidden location as they started to start a huge scheme that well affect the future of S City.
"The Hero Association clearly president gave an instruction that we must follow.."
"Villains now a days are very rare and the world is very peaceful but that is not good for us heroes.."
"Remember we Heroes can only show off to the public as long as Villains are around that we can beat"
"The Hero Association already sent their new experiment subject to act as a rampaging villain that we must stop.."
"We can't avoid any casualty but as long as the public see us saving them that is enough..."

"We had our own spy planted inside and All Savior is busy searching for something.."
In an another underground place at S City a group of Villains with superpower also gather and meet.
"Hey! a friend of mine inside the Hero Association heard rumors that they are planning something big here in S City.."
"Damn this annoying Heroes do you think they are going to clean us up this time?"
"I doubt that he said they well be staging a disaster.."
"Seriously? aren't they heroes? They are more evil than us..."
"Precisely go back and tell your relatives to escape S City as soon as possible.."
"I feel like our action are reverse why are we helping people evacuate??"
"No where not just tell your family and friends as if the public well believe us villains.."
"But we haven't done evil things lately.."
"Precisely because we are idling that this foolish hero got bored and planned this disaster.."
This time different underground organization had been active as the plan of the Hero Association was leak but the general public remain ignorant of the upcoming disaster.
