Seeing that give sentinels rushed straight towards the headquarters while minimizing the clash from the agents and soldiers defending the base, Luitenant Owen then stormed off from his position and tried to cut off the rushing unit.
With his chaos ability, he then slammed his palm unto the ground as he manifested large and thick iron bars to appear and block the entrance of the headquarters.
After that he ejected himself forward by manifesting an ejection pad under him, to immediately cut on between the sentinels and the entrance of the headquarters.
Without wasting any time, him and the agents nearby charged towards the sentinels disregarding their safety in order to secure the future for humanity.
Taking the charge Luitenant Owen attacked Nueve, only to have all of his attacks be parried away or blocked by his arms which was covered with multiple layers of protection, which enables him to fight bare handed against sharp weapons.
After blocking Luitenant Owen's 30th attack combo, Nueve then struck out an attack, which squarely hit Luitenant Owen's stomach and launching him back on the iron bars he used to block the entrance of the headquarters.
But the moment his back hit the wall, Luitenant Owen then quickly leaned to the side in order to dodge the sudden striking fist from Nueve that was aimed to his head.
Gripping his sword, Luitenant Owen then quickly swung his sword at him, only for Nueve to dodge the swing by spinning around and deliver a counter backhand strike to the Luitenant's head.
After that he struck Luitenant with an uppercut, followed by two strikes on his shoulder, three lower jabs, a left hook, knee strike on his right, before pushing him towards the iron bars and deliver a straight kick which cracked the iron bars from the impact.
But despite that Luitenant Owen was able to hold on all thanks to the new uniform he is wearing which boost up the durability and raise the hits he can take from the enemy. Due to that, he didn't lost consciousness despite those lethal blows and quickly regained his focus before launching a quick attack that had somewhat pushed Nueve back by a couple of steps.
Seeing that Nueve was having a bit of trouble from destroying the blockage due to Luitenant Owen, Sies then quickly cuts down the agent he was fighting, as he used his telekenethic chaos ability to lift the burning armored car from far and threw it towards Luitenant Owen himself.
Seeing the car being thrown at him, Luitenant Owen manifested more iron walls infront of him which took on the full force explosion from the thrown car.
However the shockwave itself temporarily blinded him, which gave time for Seite to sneak in from his blindspot and struck a swing which launched Luitenant Owen flying to the side.
Once Luitenant Owen got blown away, Argie then quickly stepped up as he conjured a huge drill chain and struck it down on the blocking iron bars.
Just like that Argie manage to pu ch a hole from the wall, giving a perfect passageway for them to infiltrate the headquarters itself.
With that Argie, Ocho, Siete, Sies, and Nueve rushed inside the base itself and started the massacre.
Upon seeing the enemy had succefully entered the base, Kanzaki quickly rushed straight towards the entrance, only to get cut by Cuatro who kept him in check.
"Where do you think your going? You'll be dealing with me"
Hearing his words, Kanzaki tried ignoring his words as he head straight towards the entrance. However once more Cuatro used his invisible slash which only he could predict to cut off his path and prevent him from ever catching up to the other sentinels who had infiltrated the headquarters.
In that moment Kanzaki grew irritated and annoyed, as anger rose inside of him and struck a glare towards Cuatro.
Before Cuatro could even blink, Kanzaki suddenly arrived before him in a single moment, before he slashed his sword down and squarely hit Cuatro himself.
Even though he manage to strike Cuatro, the person himself had actually manage to counter fast enough to shred the last bit of defensive layer his uniform has. In that moment every attack that the enemy throw would become lethal without the protection from his uniform.
However instead of being intimidated, Cuatro simply laughed, as he released multiple slashes all over the area and took down numerous agents, soldiers, and chaos beings near him.
After taking down everything around him, he then sent multiple invisible slash towards Kanzaki, only for Kanzaki to use his sword covered with black flames to counter every invisible attacks that was lauched at him.
By using his flames to destroy and burn the invisible slashes, Kanzaki himself seemed to be almost a perfect counter for Cuatro. However Cuatro himself had already fought many people who can counter his ability and Kanzaki was just one among the many. In cases like this, the one who triumphs will be the one who can effectively utilize his ability better.
First off he removed the stability of Kanzaki's footing by destroying the ground within invisible slash, before charging towards Kanzaki and covering his arms with mana to engage against him in and to hand combat.
Of course with foresight chaos ability, Kanzaki knew what Cuatro is intending to do, but proceeded anyway since he can only take him down by getting close. Just like that Kanzaki clashed with Cuatro in close quarter combat, while also looking out for the sudden attack of his invisible slash.
At the same time Arthur got back by an incredible force as he just got ragdolled by Dos who was way above him in terms of speed, strength, and durability.
However this was the last line of defense, so he can't afford to be choosy with his opponent and fight head on. Because if he tries to back away now, the remaining enemy outside would be able to get inside the headquarters and aide the enemies that was already inside. No matter what he needed to stand his ground.
The only downside was that his uniforms protective barrier was fully destroyed, so this time if he wants to defend the base, he would now need to steel his resolve to take down the enemy.
Roland had already given his share and showed his worth by fighting one of the sentinels. This time it was his turn to show the enemy that he won't be trampled on.
But just as he thought that he would fight Dos alone, Jinwoo suddenly arrived, clearly still hurt from his earlier battle. As he smacked down his rod on the back of Dos head with all his might, causing the ground beneath him to crack from the impact of the attack.
After that Jinwoo swung his rod upwards only to be blocked by Dos arm, before the latter countered back with a hook. This time it was Dos turn to be shocked as Jinwoo tanked his blow and actually manage to block it with the palm of his hand.
This time Dos smiled as he suddenly guessed Jinwoo's Chaos ability.
