"Burial Nine Generations, you have indeed survived until now," said the little girl, her voice growing colder. "When the Ancient Gods left, they must have chosen you to guard the Ancient Divine Covenant."
"How disrespectful you are, speaking this way to a fellow clansman and elder," Burial Nine Generations huffed.
"Do I have any relation to you? I have long severed all ties with your clan."
The little girl's voice was becoming ever colder.
The Void around them was collapsing.
She seemed angered.
"A hundred lifetimes of reincarnation cannot quell the grudge in your heart," sighed Burial Nine Generations.
"Let's join forces to eliminate her; if we don't, she'll become a major problem in the future. Once the Hundred Lifetimes achieve great accomplishment, suppressing her will be as difficult as ascending to the heavens," the old farmer declared, his eyes revealing murderous intent.
"Then let's give it a try!"
