I woke up the next morning at sunrise since I went to bed early. I found the boys in the living room passed out on the couches and one on the floor. They didn't even make it to their beds last night so I left them be. I went into my closet and bathroom to get ready. After my daily morning routine, I put on a long flowy floral shirt that reached the ground and even dragged a ways behind me. It was my riding shirt. It had a deep v cut so I paired it with a cream colored corset and cream pants. I donned some black riding boots which made the shirt tail drag even more since they really didn't have a heel on them. I grabbed the necklace from Jasper and put it on with diamond stud earrings and plain silver rings.
The boys were still asleep when I exited my closet. I walked to the door and opened it only to be greeted by Edward. He looked me up and down then licked his lips. Seeing him do that, I took a step back which he followed into my house. He looked around as I kept walking back. My back hit the railing as he focused on me. He smiled when he seen I was trapped.
"What do you want Edward?" I asked as he placed both arms on either side of me, trapping me against the railing.
"I'm here to discus a few-" he said as he looked me up and down in a very suggestive manner, "things. I always wondered who lived here. It makes sense now where you ran off to. I should tell your mother about this place."
"NO!" I screamed at him when he suggested telling my mother about my hide away.
I seen out the corner of my eye that my shout woke the men. I held up one of my fingers telling them to hold on since Edward had yet to notice them here. I could see Jasper quietly moving to the side where his sword was laying with Ash.
"What business are you here to discuss?" I asked Edward to distract him from looking around and seeing the men I currently had in my living room.
"Well I have no power over Jasper anymore, but you do. I came here to speak to you about convincing him to let me keep a portion of my money and belongings, along with some gifts that Chloe is refusing to give up." he said as he looked at my necklace. "You after all are receiving gifts from him so why can't I keep a few things."
"Any and all things related to Braxton property and money are to be directed to my brother Jake who is now overseeing that matter as a diplomat for Braxton. Now will you please leave?" I stated as I stood up taller.
"No I don't think I will since I have changed my mind on what I came here for. If I cannot make him do what I want anymore then I guess that I will just have to take his queen." Edward said as he moved his hands to my hips.
"What did you just say?" I asked now very pissed off. He was treading on the bounds of harassment.
"You heard what I said. I already have one sister. So why not take the other? I will make you my mistress. You are a conquest that no man has ever gotten a shot at. So I guess I will just take you by force if you don't come willingly. Annan was willing to become my mistress until I lost my crown. What a shame." I snapped at what he said.
I grabbed his left arm and twisted it behind his back, making him spin around, and bend at the waist. He was now face to face with Jasper's boots. In a flash, Ash and Jake were on either side of Edward. I released him as he straightened, I looked up into the eyes of Jasper who was starting into my own. He was livid.
