The brilliant, crushing pillar of silver light completely swallowed his tiny body, turning the entire clearing into a blinding white void.
For several long, suffocating moments, everything in the forest became absolutely silent. Then, the thick tribulation clouds slowly, gradually began to disperse into wisps of vapour. Warm, golden sunlight broke through the darkness once more, painting the bamboo forest in a gentle light.
