The Phoenix is pompous but jealous.
It's selfish and if it's jealous then it's rather hellish but not careless, and it once stole a precious necklace because it dared shine bright and not embellish the rebellious bird.

well let's just say it was charred.
It coats itself in a sickly sweet perfume of passion to hide the rotten stench of it's snared jealousy.
