Today is September 30th I spent the night at my friend's house. We both walked to school together talking about how boring it's gonna be. When we get inside the first thing I noticed was all the cheering and whooping. The jocks and cheerleaders were yelling in the halls about how our school was gonna beat Metropolis High School in tonight's big football game. I rolled my eyes and walked to my locker to put my stuff away when it suddenly got slammed shut.
"Hey Mara how about you and me after the game finally hook up huh." I looked at him and smiled at him before laughing and saying "No." to his face. He frowned at me and glared. "I didn't want you anyways you slut! You probably slept with everyone anyways bitch!"
He grabbed my hair and smacked me across the face. His friends and the cheerleaders laughed while he did so. I grabbed his arm and raised my knee pulling him towards me at the same time. His face hit the locker while my knee hit his crotch hard. He let go of me and fell on the ground holding his face and crotch crying.
I kicked him one more time and walked away looking at his friends menacingly. After I was gone they helped him to the nurses office. After school my friend forced me to go to the game with him and watch it. He looked excited which was all I cared about at this point. His name was Joshua we met during a school trip in freshmen year to the great lakes.
Joshua smiled at me and offered me some popcorn before getting up and cheering because our school scored a touch down. I ate the popcorn while rolling my eyes. When the game ended we were walking home when the guy from earlier and some of his friends surrounded us. Joshua didn't know what was going on but stood in front of me. The guy from earlier pulled out a pocket knife and smiled.
"This is payback bitch." His friends grabbed me and Joshua and held us away from each other. The guy with the knife then stabbed Joshua four times and they dropped him on the ground to bleed out while still holding me. I scream and my body shoots flames out burning the guys holding me to ash. The ones who were holding Joshua before were scared and tried to run.
I threw a barrage of fire balls hitting them all. The guy with the knife was the only one left alive now. He dropped the knife and started begging for mercy. My hands lit on fire and I grabbed him by the face slowly burning his skin. With my other hand I punched his chest burning a hole through it.
He slowly died and I ran to Joshua. I held his hand and comforted him as the light left his eyes.
