You know the past five years was pretty boring. Especially the first three I mean nothing for a baby to do except sit there. And the fact that Lea{I got bored of just saying system} only gave me missions about in depth studies into Pokémon and this world's history. But I did manage to get a hidden feature of the system. Sadly nothing op, but definitely useful. Let's show them Lea.

Yup definitely makes it easier to see how far I've gotten. It sucks that theirs nothing in-depth on the regions further out, in my house.
And I'm finally getting the chance to go out to the edge of the forest! Sucks that I'm not going on my own, but what can I do I'm 5 after all. Now then Lea stats and inventory please.

Thankfully Dad likes to collect rocks over the years. He had about 7 Kings Rocks; and don't ask me how. I just got him to barley give me one of them. Though it's disappointing they don't know the use for them. But my stats look good. So I shouldn't have any major problems tomorrow. And finally I'll get to bring Turtwig out.

"Keith get up NOW!!! Or you won't get to go to the forest to look for a friend." Mom
Why does she have to be a morning person. I mean it's barely 7.
"Keith I'd hurry up if I was you." Dad
Better hurry or she might really cancel it. After rushing to get dressed I nearly tripped on the stairs while yelling.
"I'm up, I'm up don't try to cheat me out of this!" Keith
A moment later.
"I say you barley made it in time. So eat quick and get going." Mom
She's always teasing me and Dad. At least she made enough food for a small army I'm starving.
"Sigh... I made it right on time and that was the plan." Keith
After breakfast Dad heads of to get ready. While Mom asks what kind of Pokémon I'm looking for. Since they gave me 2 Pokeball's to use for this trip. Getting me up to 5. Though I can only use 2 with no questions asked.
"I'm not sure but if I can I want to get a pigdey or spearow. As the second and depends on what I find for the first." Keith
Though I said this I already know who I'm getting. Haha.
"Sounds great but I think you should avoid spearow's till you get your official starter." Mom
'Their difficult for even begining trainers to use. Let alone a 5 yr. old.'
Sigh... Mom always worries to much. Hope it gets better by the time I can go on my journey.
And how long will Dad TAKE! It's been nearly 15 minutes.
"Dad hurry up. Or Mom might actually cancel it because of you." Keith
After some noise from the bathroom he finally came out.
"Ready, I'm ready let's get going. Love you dear see you later." Dad
Finally as soon as he said that I was at the door.
"Love you too Mom see you later." Keith
Good thing Dad said that I almost forgot to tell bye.
'Little brat almost left without saying good bye.' Mom
"Love both of you be safe out there." Mom

[Forest Edge]
As we got to the first Dad slowed down to ask me.
"Are you sure you want to get a Pidgey or Spearow for one of your Pokémon. There more common so not anything special?" Dad
"Yea I feel they'd make great friends till I get to start my journey. And even common Pokémon can be strong." Keith
"Just till then?" Dad
Hmm that does sound kinda bad. Guess I should correct that.
"I meant that when I start I'll use new Pokémon till I get to a level that gives them a challenge." Keith
And I just love the idea of battling gyms with new Pokémon. Raising them through battle.
'If he's thinking that far ahead it's difficult to believe he's 5 yr. old. But at least he has a good plan, it's an ugly world out there.' Dad
"It's a good plan son. But I would keep at least on older one on you to be safe. Now let's go! You have new friends waiting for you." Dad
"Yesss!!!" Keith
After that we went into the forest. And we didn't find Pidgey or a Spearow for a whole thirty minutes. Plenty of other's such as Rattata, Raticate, and a few rare ones like Sentrat and Hoothoot. Thankfully Dad's Pokémon could handle them fairly easy. We we're lucky he has an electric type. His Electrode was level 30. And in this world ranked advanced.

"I can't believe you're this unlucky Keith. I mean we saw over a dozen of both yesterday." Dad
"Hey don't say that, it only makes it worse!" Keith
'Lea can you pull Turtwig out nearby so I can at least go home with something.' Keith
(Yes host. Would you like Turtwig in an egg or hatched?) Lea
'Whats the difference between them?' Keith
(If you hatch it from the egg it will have a much stronger bond from the beginning. If you go with the hatched version. It will be as strong as a starter from a professor. But will have limited trust and friendship.) Lea
'Let's go with the egg.' Keith
If it works like I hope I can get too 3 Pokémon if I take the egg after catching 2 others.

While talking with Lea. Me and Dad kept searching, with no luck. To feel a little better I make my way to Turtwig's egg. But even then I'm unlucky something jumps out at me.
