Interestingly enough, although the Great Wall is now the most prominent Transcendent organization in Mysterious Country, they don't actually have a headquarters.
There are two reasons for this. First, they're not a 9-to-5 or 9-to-9 work unit, but a 24/7 Cultivation organization. Their members don't have what you'd call vacations. They're either on a business trip, cultivating, or studying, meaning they don't need a fixed workplace.
Second, the true leader of the Great Wall is Ren Zuo, who simply can't leave the Dispersing Spirit Space. Are they expected to have Ren Zuo join meetings above ground via video chat...?
