Shirou was sure that he was falling asleep at his bed along with all his wives. But right now, why he suddenly waking up in the middle of Emiya Residence courtyard. And what making him feel more surprised was he waking up right on the time when Kiritsugu are death.
Because he can see the younger version of him, are crying crazily in front of the body of Kiritsugu who already die. Seeing one of the worst and saddest moment in his life for the second time are making him dropping a tears from his eyes.
He maybe not crying crazily like his younger self, but still it was hard for Shirou to hold back his tears.
Shirou didn't know why did he suddenly in the past, and he didn't know are he was in 'his' past or in the past of another version of him in the vast multiverse. But Shirou decided that he need to save his younger self from the stupidness he will do in the future.
He was saved because of his love to Sakura that made him able to abandoned his stupid way of life and goal to become a Hero of Justice.
Kiritsugu maybe a good father, but he giving Shirou a curse that made him a foolish bastard that try to act like a God who can save every human in the Earth. He would not let his younger self to fall into a darkness just like Archer. Or the other version of him.

Right now, Shirou appearance are just the one he always use. The seventeen years old version of Emiya Shirou. But to excecute his plan for his younger self he need to change into thirty five years old version of him. Shirou had a plan to pretend to be the biological father of his younger self. And the name he will use was Muramasa Zatoru, from the blood test he do in the hospital two years after the Holy Grail Wars had ended.
Shirou knew that he was the descendant of a famous blacksmith Clan, the Muramasa Clan. His mother are come from a big youkai hunter clan, and his father are the sole heir of the Muramasa clan. Shirou mother already die in Fuyuki fire while his father are mysteriously disappear a couple of month when he was born, from the information he gather with the help of Zelretch.
Shirou then changing his yukata for sleep into some kind of adventurer Archeologist costumes who was very dirty and have a hole everywhere. Even his beard and mustache are become longer.
Shirou walking slowly towards his younger self, and then said;
"Hey, young boy are your name is Emiya Shirou?"
The younger version of Shirou are feel shock after seeing the older version of him. He can feel the connection between him and the adult in from of him.
"Who are you? What did you want with me! If you want to talk with me, please keep it for later! My adoptive father just die! I still did not have time to mourn him or giving him a proper burial!"
A tears are still coming out of younger Shirou eyes, he still cannot accept the death of Kiritsugu.

"So Kiritsugu are dead, huh? It was a pity, there are s lot of thing that I want to talk about with him. Because he did a good job in raising my son into a good and kind young man."
The words that coming out of the older Shirou are making the younger Shirou jaws dropped, because the thing he just heard are very shocking for him.
"I cannot raise you because I didn't know about your existence, my wife your mother are kidnapped by her clan because her clan did not want me to become her husband. For the last ten years I was being held in prison for something I did not do. I only knew about your existence thanks to my old friend at hospital who told me about the fate of my wife who was die at Fuyuki fire six years ago. And also from her I knew about you my son who was adopted by someone named Emiya Kiritsugu."
Shirou plan are to make his younger self think that he was his younger self biological father. And Shirou can see that his younger self are having a hard time to believe that his real father still alive. Shirou would not forced his younger self to believe him instantly because his plan are having three step. And right now he only doing the first step of his plan.

"If you did not believe me, then I would not forced you to believe me. Because tonight I only want to see my own son with my eyes, who look like a carbon copy of me except for your eyes, who just like your mother."
Shirou then going outside of the Emiya Residence, because he still need to do a lot of thing for the second part of his plan.
"I will meet you again after you finish burying Kiritsugu body, because I have a lot of thing that I need to talk about with you. Especially with the unused Magic Circuit at your arms and why did you made a nerved magic circuit using your own nerve hat will made you cripple if you doing it wrong. It look like the infamous Magus Killer did not teach you, how to do a Magecraft in correct way."
After that, Shirou walking away leaving behind his younger self who was in confused, sad, and angry at the same time.
'At the time when Kiritsugu die, I was feel really sad and losing a way to what I need to do. So all I do is life to made other people happy for my own happiness and also trying hard to become a Hero of Justice. This time I change what my younger self felt by pretend to become his father so he would have a new father figure.'
