Lange's small mustaches quivered as he gave an encouraging smile to the second-to-last young man.
This made Martin shiver, stand up, and look sympathetically at Vic, who had already developed a psychological shadow from the mecha. He forced an ugly smile: "Brother Wolf, I think I might need some more training."
The last remaining kid nodded desperately. He felt he needed more training too.
But Lange's enthusiasm faded, replaced by the authority of an upperclassman.
"Don't you guys trust me yet? I said there's no need. I refuse to accept that we keep getting placed with the same person."
