Chapter 33 - World 2.1-Welcome to the Trash-Tier World of ABO

The Omega Who Chose Violence

"Transfer is complete! The host has successfully arrived in the second world," the System's voice chimed. It echoed inside Ren's skull with the cheerful, robotic cadence of a customer service representative who secretly hates their job.

When Ren finally managed to unstick his eyelids, the first thing he saw was wood. Not nice, polished, expensive mahogany, mind you.

No, this was the kind of rotting, splinter-filled timber that looked like it was actively hosting three different generations of termites.

He was lying on a bed.

Calling it a "bed" was a massive compliment. It was a wooden frame with a thin, sad excuse for a blanket thrown over hard slats. There was absolutely no foam. His lower back was already screaming in agony.

*Great,*

Ren thought, his left eye twitching.

*My new body is living in absolute, unadulterated poverty.*

He rolled off the makeshift torture device and decided to explore his new, glorious estate.

It didn't take long, mostly because the entire house was the size of a modern walk-in closet.

The Grand Tour of Misery:

**The Roof:** Featured several gaping holes that practically invited the rain to come in and ruin his day. Free indoor plumbing, yay!

**The Kitchen:** A primitive disaster zone. It consisted of a few cracked clay pots, a pile of ash, and a bad condition that suggested cooking here was a gamble with food poisoning.

**The Walls:** So flimsy and poorly constructed that a strong sneeze from a passing neighbor could probably blow the entire structure into the next kingdom.

In short, if this were his original world, this place would be flagged as an abandoned, condemned house in a desolate wasteland where no sane living soul would ever reside.

Naturally, Ren did what any rational transmigrator would do. He began to curse the System with the fury of a thousand dying suns.

*What absolute bullshit! Another world, another round of endless suffering, and undoubtedly another ridiculously difficult mission thrown my way. If there was a cosmic manual on how to murder a System and get away with it, I would gladly study it with all my heart. But since I'm trapped in this cosmic contract, I guess I just have to accept the mission, do the work, and pray I get to rest in peace in the afterlife!*

"System," Ren growled internally, massaging his temples.

"Cut the crap and give me the information on this world. That's all I want from you right now."

"Oh, Host! Don't worry, be happy!" the System chirped, its voice practically dripping with toxic positivity.

"I am always here to help you! Don't be sad, Host! I will always be your incredibly helpful, deeply devoted, and exceptionally strong System!"

Ren let out a long, exhausted sigh that felt like it dragged a piece of his soul out with it. He couldn't even escape cursing this digital pest for a single day.

"You absolute, literal piece of trash," Ren bellowed, his internal voice reaching a deafening crescendo.

"What kind of nonsense are you spouting? Just hand over the fucking plot of this world right now! If you don't, I swear to whatever God, Master, or Father Creator built your code that I will file a formal complaint and have you replaced immediately, you useless, wasteful pest!"

"Oh... Host," the System replied. Instead of being offended, it sounded bizarrely touched.

"Your words are just so colorful! It makes me feel completely delighted inside! Well, since you asked so beautifully, here is the plot of the story, Host!"

The sheer, unbothered cheerfulness of the entity made Ren want to violently puke.

But before he could formulate another insult, a massive, invisible force slammed into his consciousness.

A full-blown torrent of foreign memories and complex world data thrust violently into his brain. The influx was so sharp, so intensely painful, that Ren instantly became light-headed. The rotting wooden ceiling turned into a foggy blur, his knees buckled, and his world blacked out.

The Host's Tragic Backstory

As Ren drifted into the subconscious void, the memories of his new physical vessel began to unpack themselves like a poorly organized, highly depressing PowerPoint presentation.

**Name:** Shao Tien

**Age:** 16 years old

**Occupation:** Low-tier vegetable vendor in the local market

**Family Status:** Orphaned at age 8 (Parents brutally murdered by a roving band of clichés—er, bandits—who raided their village).

As an orphan growing up in a remarkably cruel and unforgiving world, Shao Tien had to figure out a way to survive.

The society was dangerous, especially for someone of his specific designation. To protect himself, he spent years carefully covering up his true identity, pretending to be a mundane, unbothered **Beta**.

In reality, he was a hidden **Omega**.

But the tragic hand of fate loves to strike when a character is at their lowest. One fateful evening, Shao Tien was late returning home from the market. Because he was a friendless orphan, no one in the cold, indifferent town bothered to look for him.

No one expressed a single shred of concern for what might have happened to the unfortunate Omega pretending to be a Beta.

The poor, defenseless boy was kidnapped by thugs and subjected to a horrific, agonizing gang rape until his frail body gave out and he died in the dark.

The bitterest pill for Ren to swallow was the realization of Shao Tien's social status.

He wasn't a noble. He wasn't a villain. He didn't even have a major role in the grand scheme of this world's narrative. He was a textbook **bystander**.

If this world were a blockbuster movie, Shao Tien was just a nameless extra walking in the blurry background, while the important canon characters stood proudly in the glorious limelight. He was nothing more than a faint shadow cast by their blinding brilliance.

"What a completely tragic, miserable ending for this body," Ren muttered to himself within the dreamscape.

Then, a sudden, horrifying realization hit him like a freight train.

"Oh, wait... *I'm* in this body now. Which means this body's impending doom is supposed to be *my* doom. The absolute fuck?! I am completely, utterly screwed!!"

The World Plot: An Introduction to ABO

While Ren was having a minor existential crisis about his lack of a survival guarantee, the data dump continued, outlining the bizarre social hierarchy of World Two.

Welcome to an **ABO Universe**, a place where humanity is divided into three distinct biological classes, layered across traditional male and female genders.

Class, Social Status & Attributes

**Alpha**

The dominant, apex class of humanity. They possess immense strength, commanding auras, and the innate ability to dominate both Betas and Omegas. They hold the highest positions of power.

**Beta**

The middle-class majority. They are the ordinary, hardworking backbone of society. They can easily partner with Alphas or other Betas, but they have an incredibly low chance of compatibility when it comes to Omegas.

**Omega**

The rarest and most precious class in existence. They possess the unique biological capability to give birth, regardless of gender. While physically weak and emotionally vulnerable, they are breathtakingly beautiful and highly sought after.

The Protagonists of this Melodrama

The **Male Lead (ML)** of this world is the son of a fiercely loyal imperial soldier. Tragically, when the ML was only seven years old, his father was betrayed and murdered by a trusted comrade. Left with nothing but a grieving mother and a burning thirst for vengeance, the ML vowed to right the wrongs of the past.

He entered the imperial palace, enlisted as a low-ranking soldier, and fought his way up through sheer brutality and tactical genius. He eventually rose to the rank of a Great General—a legendary, fearsome Alpha General whose name struck terror into the hearts of enemies.

The **Female Lead (FL)** is an Imperial Princess, the daughter of one of the Emperor's many concubines.

Despite her mother's lower status, the Emperor favored her above all his other children because she was sweet, exceptionally intelligent, and a rare, precious Omega.

Because she was granted everything her heart desired, her existence harvested an immense amount of jealousy and hatred from the rest of the imperial court.

Eventually, jealous rivals attempted to assassinate the precious Omega Princess. Terrified for his daughter's life, the Emperor assigned his absolute best warrior—the Great Alpha General—to become her personal body protector.

And that, dear readers, is where the cliché—cough, the *romance*—truly began.

Spending every waking moment together, the Princess and the General inevitably fell deeply, passionately in love.

They fought tooth and nail against the political machinations of the court to be together.

Eventually, everyone, including the protective Emperor, accepted their bond, and they were wed in a grand, lavish ceremony.

It should have been a happily ever after. But the world plot took a sharp, dark turn. Not long after the wedding, the entire empire was thrown into absolute shock when the Great General and his beautiful Princess were found dead, mysteriously murdered inside their own private bridal chamber.

The System's Ultimatum

"Ding!"

The System's voice broke through the darkness as Ren's consciousness was forcefully shoved back toward the waking world.

[SYSTEM NOTICE: WORLD TWO MISSIONS]

1. Prevent the tragic, untimely deaths of the Male Lead (ML) and Female Lead (FL).

2. Uncover the identity of the person responsible for the murder of Shao Tien.

3. Live a long, happy, and peaceful life.

"Good luck, Host!" the System chirped cheerily in his ear.

When Ren finally opened his eyes and looked back up at the rotting wooden roof, he was so utterly exhausted, so deeply offended by the sheer difficulty of his new reality, that he couldn't even muster a single great word.

He just lay there, staring into space, wondering if it was too late to request a refund on his soul.
