There are two types of people. The ones that love KPIs and the ones that don't. Key performance indicators can turn anything fun into a boring job. Take for example any online pop game. If you force a person to play the same game over and over for multiple days, there is a chance they will dislike it. If you then force them to write an essay after every match analyzing what went wrong and what could have been done better, they'll quickly start disliking it. Now add on the idea of never repeating mistakes and improvement is mandatory and hatred will soon follow.
Essentially, the only breaks from gaming will be sleeping, eating, and bathroom. Every other minute will be spent either in game or writing an analysis.
