"It's pretty good for what you did in two days," I replied.
"I am glad you are taking it with a smile; others were not so pleasant," said the man. "It's not like I have any choice. So, I might as well take it in a stride," I replied, making the man laugh.
The war between the cities had finally begun. It took two months instead of the few weeks, but it had begun.
The Governor had tried to diffuse the tension and even held the meeting in the city, but nothing happened. They even tried to pull the city onto their side.
The old woman is smart and managed to keep her city away from conflict, but not without a cost.
She will have to heal the injuries from both sides as long as they reach the city. She had promised and thrown down that worked on us.
