I landed on the ground and looked at the beautiful lake before me.
Its crystal clear that I could see monsters swimming inside it. I wish I could transport it into my core, and I could; it might take some effort, but I could.
However, I would not; it would take the whole island.
I laughed at my thoughts; sometimes it is really silly, but it would also be shocking if others were to hear them. The things I could do will make them want to kill me more.
They are already searching for me, going after every rumor they hear.
There are a lot of desperate people in the world who could go to any lengths. The most desperate of them are the ones living here.
They are desperate for many things, not just to leave, but to progress.
Too much progress in the law isn't enough, and if they knew, I could help them with that. They would not hesitate to cross any limit to get it.
I pushed those thoughts away and looked at a beautiful lake.
