As Angel was lost in thought, he inadvertently looked up and noticed that opposite him, Nis did not appear relieved; his brow remained furrowed.
Perhaps sensing Angel's gaze, Nis glanced over, nodded slightly, and then asked Kanter, "Under what circumstances would a Legendary Wizard actively dissipate the Power of Laws?"
Kanter: "There is basically no such situation, because they have no reason to do so."
If one can perfectly control the Power of Laws, why actively dissipate it?
The dissipated Power of Laws would form waves of Law ripples. These ripples, without a specific target, are mostly harmless beyond the center; they might have some control effects, making movement difficult, but such control is a Law suppression, not unmovable.
For a Legendary Wizard, large-scale attacks and crowd control are easy, with no need to rely on dissipating the Power of Laws.
Thus, it's unlikely that the Law airwave was released by a Legendary Wizard.
