After all, the Wizard World is not a modern society, and the fundamental nature of civilization is different. Transplanting all situations according to the free and open environment of Earth is obviously not suitable.
Angel personally tends to set a creation limit on chat groups first, and gradually open them up if an opportunity arises later.
