Each person's Porto cipher reflected their individual thoughts, and after interpreting everyone's thoughts, Rhein could basically confirm that everyone should possess their own unique and independent thinking.
This left Rhein in a daze because if everyone was real and possessed independent thoughts, it pointed to an astonishing fact.
