Chapter 2 - The Twin's beginning.

Finally the day has come, Naruko and Aika was barely sitting in their chairs upon hearing of their sudden adoption, it should have been pre-told quite a bit ago, however just a few days ago the two heard the news from Hiruzen. Aiko sat more calmly then her twin sister Naruko, as she was buzzing with giddiness at the news. "Hey sis, do you think she will love us?" asked Naruko, and with a faint small smile Aika nodded deeply, despite her calmness she still held that natural mischievious gleam in her eyes, but in this moment she simply walked over to Naruko, and sat down on her lap hugging her tightly.

"Yes I am certain our new mom will love us, much unlike the rest of the village." Aika whispered the words, while giving her sister a kiss on the cheek. Right now the twins simply sat waiting for the arrival of their so called mom. The door opened revealing a red haired woman that held quite the deep look in her eyes, they did seem somewhat jaded, yet despite all that she had been through. The four long wait has finally ended.

Luckily due to the changes Kyuubi had done to them, they held natural instincts that far transcends any normal human senses from hearing, smelling, sight and something deeper. Like at this moment both of the children shot from the chair, immediately with a child-like energy hurled themselves at Ahria. "Moom, you finally came for us." They said in pearly soft unison. For they knew with a 100% certainty the woman they just met, is their long dead mother.

Even Ahria didn't expect such a reaction, and her eyes glistened with pain, loss, sorrow, relief and deep seethed determination, along with a tiny healthy dose of self reproach for leaving her children without their mother for four whole years, but now it was over. "Let's go, I don't want either of you kit's around this filthy garbage called an orphanage." There was an evident disdain in her clear blue eyes. Neither said much as they felt almost overwhelmed with emotion, all that they suceeded in saying was 'mmm' for a response.

That was more than good enough for Ahria she didn't even deign to wait any longer. Neither of them spoke on the road, instead they spent the time watching how the citizens reacted, none of them gave the kids a good look. Most if not all of them looked at the children with hatred, anger and contempt. That was the curse of being the jinchuriki.

It took them a while, but finally they reached the shrine owned by the Uzumaki family, a red haired child was already there waiting for them. Seeing Ahria arrive along with Naruko and Aiko she smiled warmly running towards them.

"Mama mama, are these two my sisters?" Her eyes was wide open, she knew she had cousins that would become her future sisters, and it deeply warmed her heart.

Aiko and Naruko thought the same, and with the brightness of Naruko she beamed the widest smile possible. "Hello dear new sister I am Naruko Uzumaki, this is my twin sister Aika, it is a pleasure to meet you." Naruko thumbed towards he sister during the introduction then rose her arms up cheering.

Finally she felt home, not something she ever thought she'd feel. Aika felt the same but more subdued. "What is your name mom and sis?" She tilted her eyes at the two. Feeling it was about time she moved the three children into the house. Everything was dusty, old and worn. Clearly the shrine has not seen a use for many years.

The trio followed after their mom and once she beckoned them to sit, they sat down in seiza.

Ahria: "So first of all I want to speak plainly and openly. This house is safe, before leaving for the orphanage I made tons of Uzumaki seals, guaranteeing this place to be impenetrable to any peeking, nor can anyone reach this place except for those who are Uzumaki. It is a safeguard so only the three of us may enter for now. This will change over time." Feeling she spoke a lot she waited a brief moment to let the words sink in, before continuing.

"I know what I have to say may come as a shock or perhaps not...I am truly the mother of the two of you, I was supposed to be dead, had it not been due to Yuuki the jinchuriki inside me. She reformed me from bits of my corpse, so now we are so deeply connected that she exist within me, and she can even appear in the real world. However she is forever bound to me, if I die I will reform much like she will. There is more." Ahria bit her lower lip as her entire body shook. She didn't want to start with such a heavy topic but sometimes it is better to get it all out.

"My kits you two were supposed to be worshipped as the daughters of the fourth hokage, not be treated like....demons, it makes me want to kill Hiruzen." She roared out for a moment, all the pain, and the anger srill felt so fresh when she first learned of this betrayal, and having to play right into it for the sake of her babies.

"But this did not happen. I was forced to be away from you two for four years...had it not been due to her." She pointed at Karin. "She is the reason I can go on. She became my daughter, just as much as you two are. However I need to reveal a few more things. Never trust the third hokage, he is a coward, a liar and a fraud. Second the reason you two are hatef is because both me and your father agreed to seal Kyuubi within both of you. You two are the jinchuriki of the hidden leaf village, and for that you are treated like dirt. I want to stop it, but I can not...not if I want you two safe." Finally getting the heavy stuff off her chest she let the silence go.

Neither of the children spoke, it was too much to hear but all three starting crying, and not caring about manners any longer they rushed into the arms of their mother. It didn't matter to anyone of them. They were home, and they were family. Nothing else matters at this moment.

While they were hugging Ahria spoke a bit more. "Listen children, do not trust the Hokage too much, he may love the village indeed, and have true moments of kindness, he is still a man who seeks to keep his power, in which he will almost do anything to maintain his friendly grandpa look. Never forget that, and do not oppose him. You are free to treat him as the kind elderly grandpa that he is, just don't fully trust him. To him you are unstable factors, that can grow deeply in power. Something he won't let happen, and lastly we are foxes, no one tricks us without us seeking revenge~" She grinned with a fox-like smile. "Now let us clean up this place okay?. We can't have it look this dirty." Ahria clapped her hands together.

Retrieving several seals she placed them down causing various of cleaning tools to appear from the seals, including buckets with hot water, in which she slapped two seals on each of them, one to maintain the heat, and second to keep cleansing the water. "Now kits, lets go dattebayo!" Ahria raised her arms cheerfully for this season of cleaning as she parted with multiple brooms.

"Mooom are we seriously cleaning the entire Shrine? Naruko whined gently as she turned towards the Shrine where the big house was, it was beatiful despite it's worn down look. It had the traditional red with the roof tiles being green, the supporting beams had a soft blue color to it allowing it to greatly mesh with the rest of the house.

The shrine and the house had a traditional warring state look to it, which differed quite greatly with the rest of the village, with the exceptions of clan houses who still pertained their warring state buildings, which greatly satisfied Ahria as she held a fondness for such a style. "Yes, we are all cleaning our new home, it is imperative we make this place shine" Ahria responded decisively.

"Now spread out" she commanded with a smile, Karin, Naruko and Aika fully spread out to start cleaning. Naruko took the shrine area, Aika focused on the courtyard, Karin worked swiftly on the entrance of the shrine that was inlaid with carved stone. Ahria moved into the house opening the doors, along with the windows and used basic wind ninjutsu, as much as her talent only laid with her seals, fuinjutsu and water, she still learned a tiny bit of every element allowing for her to work nicely when away from home but also to start a fire with ease, to cleaning.

For Ahria the cleaning itself was done swiftly without even the use of water clones, instead she spent the time throwing out seals that popped out furnitures. It did sadden her seeing how the entire place was raided in the past leaving nothing inside their home. This was something she was prepared for, and as such during her travels she sought out people to custom make furnitures that she always kept with her.

Several carpets landed on the wooden floor of the house inlaid with some stories of forgotten Uzumaki's along with their clan symbol, the paintings all depict many of the previous leaders of the Uzumaki clan, including the last known prevailing Uzumaki like Mito and Kushina herself. Various totems also appeared around the house, along with plush dolls and wooden statues of all the Tailed beasts, only made to look cute instead of ferocious for artistic purposes.

Lanterns was also carefully placed around allowing for light to appear in the house, giving it a welcoming feel to it, the kitchen was also decorated giving it a simplistic rustic look while also being modernized to some degree. A wooden cabin that resembled the modern refrigator but instead of being powered it had inlaid fuinjutsu to keep everything cool.

On the second floor Ahria placed wooden plaques that had all of their names on each door representing their bedrooms, one of the room was called "Restroom" in which she divided the room into two. One side had a massive wooden tub that was large enough for six to eight grown ups being able to take a bath together and on the opposite side was a toilet with various fuinjutus used to seal of any smell, along with removing filth, allowing it to be used without an issue. She even went as far as creating a sink with various alchemical products for cleaning ones hands, along with other seals to create water, and another one that vaporized the water.

Continuing on she decorated each of their rooms differently, except that each room had scrolls related to Fuinjutsu, and other clan secrets that only an Uzumaki should and would know. Naturally none of these clan secrets was the real important ones as she sought to keep that to herself for the time being. Feeling that she has done a great job with the house itself, she wandered outside watching how the children was getting close to finishing up. With a proud smile on her face she walked over to the side where an open area resided among the trees. Several new seals appeared causing various training tools to appear, in which she spread them all out creating a proper training area.

Walking back to the open stone part she tossed out even more stuff ranging from plotted plants, to other outdoor decoration, and on the middle part she deployed a decorative fountain for artistic purposes. On the sides along the fences Ahria placed down numerous of totems to liven up their place. Near the shrine itself she placed down a board and slapped scrolls that laid out various "home" missions that the children had to complete.

The three kids stood there with open wide faces in pure shock of the changes that was done to their newfound home, not in their wildest dreams did they expect the previous look to the area to transform so greatly that they could hardly recognize the place.

Ahria clapped her hands together and the three children walked up to their mother. "Now that we are done with the place, we have a few more stuff to talk about. In two years the three of you will enroll in school, meaning we do not have much time to get you three kits prepared. Luckily for us we are Uzumaki's we might be restless, and foolhardy but we also have the greatest strength! Our indomitable spirit, endless stamina, so whatever takes us time we can make up for it with hard work. Don't fret, I know how borish it is to stay still for long periods of time, so we will make a game out of it, with the focus of it being pranks, and fuinjutsu pranks." She beamed proudly, as she knew just how slow she was in the beginning, and not wanting such to happen to them, she will make sure to lay a solid foundation early on. Now let's head inside so we may begin." All three nodded happily feeling pumped, despite just spending hours cleaning, neither of them felt that tired.
