The two sides fought. The muffled sounds of hand-to-hand combat could be heard. One could even hear the sound of bones hitting something hard. It was easy to think that bones were being broken.
The male soldiers formed groups of three. They cooperated well and kept attacking the female soldiers. The female soldiers who were attacked fought with their fists, legs, and knees. They fought and retaliated.
Actually, they were already very tired. 30 kilometers of armed cross-country during the day had exhausted too much of their strength. Although they had a short rest, their legs were still sore. Every time they raised their legs and swept out, their calves would be so tense that they felt as though their muscles were about to break. Tired, sore, and painful were the current situation of the female soldiers.
