The fact that the Kabal—Elgard's Rite, at least—was involved with the descendants of Mordred was not something an outsider like Vivian should abruptly know, since harboring such an individual is the simplest form of grand treason, not only to the Kingdom, but to the entire engine of Albion, the Faith of the Holy Seven Saints.
"Is it the Blood Keeper? Is that what his name really means? The keeper of blood, as in the last descendant of House Pendragon?" Vivian asked, her words coming out faster than her thoughts.
"Calm down, first!" Amos was startled by Vivian's reaction and told her to keep her voice in check.
