How was she doing this? Her own prowess was eight levels higher while she was a Level Nine Empyrean, while she could detect the other party's prowess to be a ridiculous thirteen levels higher, but she could say it was expected of the first wife of the Divine Emperor of Death.
Still, by all right, this woman should still be weaker than her by a level.
