He made himself comfortable on the bed and leaned on the headrest.
"Evy, you are within your rights to investigate what happened to me and eliminate the culprits responsible for harming me as you see fit. You are at the cusp of causing a genocide right now, as soon as your Bloodruin Cataclysm Hex activates in the blood and souls of the Hayden Family. Hundreds of thousands of people could die, and seeing what they did to this young woman, I suppose they deserve it. Since they want to be protected by this young soul at the expense of her well-being, let them collectively enjoy the consequence when it backfires.
