Even for some assassin organizations, he learned that some families were taboo from G'haren Bloodrain's memories. It was either because they were secretly allied or because they couldn't afford to offend such a family, and amongst the assassins of the Upper Realms, it was a common consensus that they should not target anyone closely related to a True Deity.
The close relations of Realm Masters were taboo.
Even if some assassins take it as a challenge and do it, hide in the Upper Realms, the chances that they would survive are less, since an inter-realm hunt would take place. In this regard, Realm Masters of allied or even worse relations would choose to support the victimized Realm Master over the assassin or the assassin organization hiding in their realm.
Hence, it became an unspoken rule- do not target the family members and close relatives of such big characters.
