After all, he had heard from Almer Spacewill that Heim Mavigglain and Wella Vertiga had sneaked out of their powers in order to meet up. Otherwise, Almer Spacewill wouldn't have been able to ambush them. These were undercurrents at the level of Exalts, while these youths were only pawns, something he couldn't easily interfere with.
Regardless, from this, he imagined Wella Vertiga could've returned to her power that could be in this Shard Region or somewhere else.
As for Heim Mavigglain being a kidnapper, it was unconfirmed.
