Davis built a soul spirit formation with his powerful soul force. It was made up of darkness energy rather than his usual light or life energy. The container was made around Esvele's soul essence, and it was incredibly strong. It wouldn't break even if the lifeform wanted to, so the chances of it breaking out were lower.
However, Esvele was affected by the container and fell into a coma.
In one way, her soul was literally sealed by the container, after all.
Jillian Hayden was the blind surgeon.
She sent many poisonous magical beasts into the soul spirit formation, placing them evenly in different layers so that the space-yang centipede wouldn't die an early death or die along the way. The layers were constructed in such a way that it could fight its way up to the lifeform manifestation.
