SCP: Thread of Existence

Samuel's existence was ripped from his reality in an instant—no warning, no choice—only to awaken in a world brimming with supernatural forces and entities that defy logic.
Stranded in a place where danger wears many faces and the rules of nature no longer apply, Sam must navigate the unknown, uncover the truth behind his erasure, and above all—survive long enough to find a way back home.
But in a world where even reality can become unstable at any moment, and monster aren't always the ones with claws, the questions remains:
Will Sam endure long enough to reclaim what he lost or will this world devour him first?
