Chicago takes place in a gritty, near-future city where power is everything and survival isn’t guaranteed. The world is shaped by Marks mysterious abilities that grant individuals unique powers, separating the strong from the weak and turning everyday life into a constant struggle for dominance.
The story follows Takeshi, a teenager trying to hold onto what little bonds he has left while living in a city ruled by gangs, violence, and the ever-present force of the Marked Police. After a tragic event shatters his world, Takeshi is pulled deeper into a life he never asked for one filled with loss, power, and impossible choices.
As tensions rise between rival gangs and the Military Police, hidden truths begin to surface, and a larger force starts pulling the strings behind the scenes. With allies falling and enemies growing stronger, Takeshi must navigate a brutal world that pushes people to their limits.
