Alpha, Say My Name

carmyko
He was the feral Alpha King buried beneath the mountain. She was the cursed girl they offered to him as sacrifice to end the famine plaguing their lands. ...but what sleeps beneath the mountain is no myth. Ruvan, the first Alpha. Imprisoned, driven to utter madness, and starved of power. Solenne, the packless she-wolf known as the Harbinger of Misfortune. With the power of cursed speech, she is able to kill and bend the world to her will with only one word. To avoid hurting others, she hasn't spoken a single syllable since she was a child. Feared and rejected by her own people, she is given to the mountain in a forbidden ritual-sacrifice... and her scent stirs the beast that slumbers beneath it. His mate. Ruvan will stop at nothing to claim what's his, even if that means storming the heavens and finding the cure to her curse just to hear her speak his name. ---- She saw stars behind her eyes and felt constellations carved into her skin with every lingering touch and each press of his mouth. He painted the night sky onto her body, not with a brush, but with his lips, hands, and his insatiable hunger—until her lungs were empty and her heart soared so high it must’ve kissed the moon. “Solenne,” Ruvan murmured, voice low and reverent, like a prayer. She shivered; the sound of her name on his lips felt like heaven. Ruvan pressed his palm to her stomach, anchoring her as he leaned in, mouth brushing the hollow of her throat. His hand rose, slow and shaking, tracing the shape of her jaw like it was a sight made only for him. His thumb brushed the corner of her mouth and his eyes burned as he studied her. “You feel like the stars,” he whispered, “Mesmerizing and bright... something that I want to capture and keep to myself." And then he kissed her; it was a deep, aching vow he couldn’t speak aloud. A promise made only in breath, heat, and need. When they parted, he gently pressed his forehead against hers. His voice dipped lower… uncertain, maybe even afraid: “Say my name?” -- R18, werewolves, fated love, weak to strong... I hope you enjoy my second entry for 2025 WSA. :) give it a shot~

Your End Is My Beginning

“Now kill me, little Carl” “As long as it is you, i will feel free” “As my last wish, kill me Carl” the king said looking at his little brother. “You really are idiot, brother” Carlos looked down at the king, unblinking yet his voice filled with pain, his tears falling down. And Carlos laughs bitterly and sounds broken. And he lifted the blade higher, tip aimed for the heart to finish quickly. For his brother to not feel the pain and be free from those strings that control him immediately. “Brother, you never changed” And Carlos drove the sword downward to meet his brother’s heart… The throne room’s doors that have been closed for eternity had opened and thousands of swords had just been thrown to him in an instant. Also with a terrifying speed. His eyes widened. Something massive passed between him and his brother, faster than thought and attacking him. He didn’t have time to lift his blade. And a shadow come in front of him and then— Nothing. The world is titled as he falls to the ground and his last breath is caught in his throat. And only darkness was there. _______________________ There has always been a man named Carlos. Carlos had always been a shadow beside his brother, the king and the throne, a prince without a crown, born first yet not love by his family nor his own empire, born royal yet the gods didn't even glaze upon him. The kingdom whispered of his brutality as if they had known him for a long time, of the way he killed those with blessings, and they only spoke of how he had killed them not how the other had done to him, they rather spoke about him instead of the war that made him like that, and yet he still think of them as his people to protect. But in the end, he died with steel in his hand and grief in his eyes—fulfilling the last wish the very brother he once loved more than his own life and not knowing who attacked him to the end. And then, the world blinked. Carlos awoke in a bed of the silence room filled with only darkness and a light coming through from the only one window that had been opened and beneath a sky too blue to be real, the floor is too clean to feel safe, his pain disappeared, his chest unscarred, his body shrunk and his hands which wore the sword as his companion, the hands which was rough and hard, they become small. His reflection in the nearby mirror in front of his bed showed the face he hadn’t seen for a long time, the face that had not feel anything and the body of a boy who through puberty just now is right in front him--- 15 year old of body, he freckled, wide-eyed, innocent yet laced with memory. He had died as a man. And he returned as a boy. The world was new, no wars, no pain, no betrayal and time—for reasons unknown—had gifted him a second chance. But what would he do with it? -------------------------------------------------------- Update everyday except Wednesday and Thursday.

The Child of the Shadows - Stories From the Kingdom of Cadia

In the fractured kingdom of Cadia, where magic defines worth, 14-year-old Gloria Eldeholt is a noble disgrace—born without a spark in a family of Fire and Poison. Trapped in the decaying Eldeholt castle, she hides in its sealed tunnels, her only companions a pack of scrappy rats she feeds with stolen scraps. Her father, Count Edgar, drowns in wine and bastards, his cruelty a lash she can’t escape. Her mother, Countess Helga, wields icy disdain, branding her worthless as her brother Julius soars with prodigy magic at nine. Gloria’s refuge is her secret—until the shadows begin to whisper. When House Filmore—river lords of fish and fees—arrive with a marriage pact, Gloria’s fate is sealed: wed their son Tristan at 18, merging five villages and a city under her father’s greed. The envoy’s brash Rebecca mocks her as barren, magicless, and unfit, igniting a rage that melts a chair in black tendrils Gloria can’t explain. It’s not Poison, as she’s lied—it’s Shadow, a cursed power feared and forbidden, stirring from the castle’s buried past. Edgar grins, promising to “train” her, his intent dark and twisted, while Helga’s cold warnings hint at secrets she won’t share. As the whispers grow—“You’re enough. Rise.”—Gloria must choose: bow to her cage or embrace the darkness within. In a world where power is everything, her rebellion could crown her—or consume her.
