This story is about a man who sets out into Westeros before the Dance of Dragons, with no knowledge of the plot and no last name. He is essentially a bastard and, as such, has no real chance. He starts from scratch and, using his Essence of the Mirrors, uses it smartly to slowly increase his influence and power, both personal and political.
