AWAKEN DEVIL

qudseesheikh
[Volume 1] Awaken Devil Denisa lived all her life in her chambers, being the obedient princess who promised to marry the Crown Prince when the time came, but the future was filled with uncertainty and dangers waiting right around the corner. A few weeks before her wedding, Denisa started having nightmares, which led her to the dungeon, the dungeon where the Devil was sealed in a coffin for over a millennium. Her curiosity to see who was in the coffin made her break the coffin, and without thinking much of the consequences, she broke the seal of the coffin, unleashing the Devil out into the world. Zanuel, the soul eater and the oldest demon alive on earth, was locked away, sealed in the coffin, by the Ogre clan for slaughtering the whole village. He had no idea when he would be able to walk out of the dungeon, but when he did, the first thing he wanted to do was kill the woman who let him out, but he couldn't. He was at her mercy, unable to leave, and his obsession and possessiveness over her grew every minute, as if he were bewitched by her. He ignored all the cautions and continued down the dangerous path that would ultimately cost him his life and bring him dangerously close to his death. But that did not stop him, because he did not want to live with the regret of not being able to save someone he loved. (To the people who look for perfect sentence-making and perfect grammar, I am sorry, I don't think I can match that level, but please don't drop it mid-way, I am trying to get better, and rewriting the story, so please be there for me in my journey and support my work, Thank you!!) The Extra: Subject 082

Rio only wanted to see how the story ended. Instead, he woke up inside it. Not as the protagonist, not even as a supporting character—but as someone who barely existed in the narrative. An extra with no importance, no future, and no place in the story’s direction. At least, that’s how it was supposed to be. Now in the body of Rio Valen, a disgraced noble exiled from his own house, he finds himself in a region the original story barely touched—one driven as much by advanced technology as it is by arcane power. And buried beneath it, something far worse. The facility he wakes up in shouldn’t exist. The experiments conducted there shouldn’t have succeeded. And whatever was placed inside him was never meant to survive. As fragments of memory return—both his own and the life he inherited—Rio begins to understand the situation he’s in. The world still follows its original course. The key figures are still moving toward the same future. But his existence doesn’t fit anywhere within it. Even so, people begin to notice him. Not because of who he is—but because of something they can’t quite explain. A presence. A flaw. Or something far more dangerous. Some approach out of curiosity. Others, for reasons he doesn’t understand. And a few, simply because staying away isn’t an option. With no role to follow and no clear path ahead, Rio is left with a simple choice: Stay invisible and survive. Or step into a story that was never meant to include him. Because in a world that already has its main character— an extra that shouldn’t exist might be the only thing that can change it. **The cover used is temperoray, I hold no credits towards the art**
