# Chapter 65. The Last Request
Jinju felt uneasy about having to leave the hospital room for a few hours.
"Go ahead. Don't worry about me."
Eunhee said to her daughter as if sensing her thoughts.
"Mom, the caregiver will be here soon, and I won't take long, either."
"Alright. It's been a while since you went out, so go and enjoy some delicious food and take your time. By the way, I'm curious about your book, Jinju."
"I'm nervous, too."
Despite her nerves, Jinju smiled excitedly. She had written an essay in Laos that had since been published as a book, and she'd promised to briefly meet the manager of the publishing company. He said they had to discuss important matters in person, and that he wanted to give her a book.
"I'll be back soon, Mom."
With some reluctance, Jinju stepped out and watched as her mom looked back at her and smiled. Not long after Jinju left, Eunhee took out her phone, quickly making a call and taking a few deep breaths before doing so.
“Chairman Kang.”
