Her final day in Haerang seemed to arrive rather quickly.
Jinju knew that after tonight, she would have to leave.
The past week had felt like a year to her.
After everything that had happened, she couldn't help feeling a little down.
It seemed like one long fleeting moment.
That morning, Jinju messaged Junhui, asking to meet with him so that she could give him the documents for selling Café Jinju herself.
He agreed, and they arranged to meet at the park in town.
Jinju dressed modestly, as per usual, and arrived early to check over the documents she needed.
Around the time the streetlights started twinkling and turning on, Junhui got out of his sedan, which was parked nearby.
It was their first meeting since that day, but he still looked the same, which made her heart ache inside her chest.
She tried to calm herself down by thinking, ‘No, he's not the same man he used to be.’
