I arrived at Rias's ORC with Seras. She would go by a different name in the human public, but that would be later. Kuroka was already there playing on a handheld gaming device. Looked like a Dig*mon game.
*Ehem*
"Kuroka."
"Ah, Nae!"
She leapt and glommed onto me. I patted her head.
"Kuroka this is Seras she's knew to all of this would you mind filling in the gaps of the knowledge I've given her."
"Leave to me! Nya!"
I looked back and Seras and her expression screamed her thoughts. Those thoughts were that Kuroka was cute.
"Anyway, I got get to class."
I walked out of the room and checked to see if Gasper got any death threats last night. I saw the number was actually zero. That made me suspicious. I walked to the room he was located in and strangely he was not there. I texted Rias to figure out what's going on. Turns out she followed my advice and had him admitted to the Balam clans mental health facility as well as getting the rest of her peerage evaluated. The results were that Koneko, Akeno, and Kiba got assigned therapists that they would visit. While Gasper got admitted as an in patient until further notice. The Balam clan has a 100% success rate with getting people functioning and coping so he will be fine. On the other hand I now truly have to help Rias fill her peerage out. I suddenly got a ping in my phone.
It was a different ping I set up for characters who ended up in Rias's peerage in the "canon". I felt monitoring them was the best option.
"Oh? The saint still is excommunicated, but for a different reason. She also is still heading here from what I can tell."
As much as I feel guilty doing so letting someone die to help my cousin. I'll apologize to her afterwards. To think she'd be excommunicated for exposing a corrupt priest by accident. She doesn't even know what she did wrong.

I'll let Rias know there are fallen in her territory when I go to deal with them. She'll probably enjoy having a new peerage member.

"I see, well as you said I owe you because of the pervert situation. I will be bringing someone for you to make a memeber of your peerage soon. I think you will like them."

I had a plan. I was going to monitor the fallen presence in this town for when they start the ritual. It's not an easily stopped thing once it gets going. I'm a little miffed that the fallen are here though what are Rias and Sitri doing. I know Azazel won't manage his people because he's not a leader. He's strong but he's not good at managing people. The only reason him an not Shemhazai is because he's the strongest.
Actually, based on the "canon" Raynare should have a crush on that nerdy, manwhore Azazel. I admittedly respected all the cadres more than Azazel before the canon thing. Kokabiel I now have mixed feelings about. On one hand he is a warrior, strong, and has led weaker soldiers to triumph over stronger foes. On the other his beliefs and desire for combat and war have no place in today's political climate.
I took out my phone pulling myself away from my thoughts.
"Anyway Rias here's one of the candidates I found you might like."
I sent her what I knew about Asia. Her beliefs her likes dislikes everything.

"Excommunicated and declared anathema. Just read the info she's similar to your knight in some ways."
Rias frowned then looked over the information.
"Alright I think your right her beliefs would make her able to get along with us. But how do I get her to want to join?"
"Thats easy just approach her tomorrow with the intent of friendship. If she warms up to you I guarantee you'll get her before the end of the week."
"Fine. What bout anyone else?"
"Well admittedly that's the only one I can think of now. And I hear Riser will be making his move in a week. That's not enough time to train someone to help you. Asia only works because she's a healer."
"Then what should I do."
"Simple I loan you Yomihana. Shes the only one I can loan you without reducing your numbers after all. And you know I'll make you regret it if you refuse to give her back. But, I know you will."

She looked conflicted.
"Rias do you want a sure fire way this engagement is annulled no questions asked"

You've met Runeas as of last night she is your ancestor and progenitor. Just tell her that your the heir, which you are. Explain Who Riser is and how he's acted worst case scenario just your engagement is dissolved and the three people who planned it get slapped by her.
Her eyes sparkled at the idea.
"And the best?"
"Riser dies permanently she'd put him in the ground on top of everything. Runeas is almost as extreme as Lira when it comes to family. She will definitely be more lenient on your father though. Unless your mom says otherwise. She said she like your mom more than your father."
She was genuinely considering it now.
"However just because your engagment is canceled doesn't mean you can stop training with me and my peerage. After all Seras is around Akeno in strength and could be a good partner for your peerage as she is the weakest one. But I will admit training will be less intense beca we don't need to rush it. Oh that reminds me. Alucard has a message for Gasper and you can tell him who Alucard is.
I handed her a letter. He read it out loud as he wrote it to hand to me.

It was a short message but got the point across. Imagine having your ancestor disappointed in you because you don't talk shit up to his standard. Couldn't be me. Despite her complaints about me even stronger Kalana actually like me and Aina out of anyone remotely related to her or us. She honestly can barely stand Rias and just leaves her be out of her sisterhood with Runeas.
"Don't read it but upyou might want psychiatric people on standby when Gasper reads it."
"Considering what you told me about Alucard being those two. Probably a good call."
We entered the room. Kiba was sitting in his chair smiling ever politely. Sitri and her peerage were there again plus some boy I didn't recognize, I realized Kiba was smiling at him. Sitri was especially glaring at how Aina was wrapping herself around my arm. Koneko was sitting on her sisters lap playing a game while her sister brushed her. Seras was drinking tea while looking around nervously. And Akeno was writing something down.
"Why is she like that?"
Sitri was instantly moving to annoy me. She sounded annoyed probably because I was late. I find it funny that in the "canon" the hard work she put in to make that rating game school goes up in flames because of Rizevim and some evil dragons.
"Good to see you to Sitri."
I looked at her with a frown the boy took offense at my statement like insulted his goddess or something. She was about to respond when her dog cut her off.
"HEY! How dare you talk to Sona like that! Who are you!? How many evil pieces did you take!?"
I could tell he's a pawn. That made the info click he was so forgettable. Besides one moment where he shouted to the masses mid rating game his desire to impregnate this mid boring bitch. (Nae's opinions don't completely reflect my views, I don't personally find her attractive, but I would never discourage another's waifu.)
"Sitri."
I said low and even
"Silence and educate your mere pawn before he is silenced. He stands before 3 Pure blood heirs and insults one of them."
Sitri looked panicked the pawn who's name I couldn't remember, He was that forgettable to me, looked confused. Before he could retort she apologized.

Authors note: okay this chapter is twice as long as usual. Kinda got into the zone and didn't realize until I got to this point. Again I don't hate Sona. I just don't find her attractive if it wasn't obvious Nae hates her finds her boring and unattractive, those are completely within his preferences. Sona lovers you do you. She's not my thing. I should emphasize Nae is not a self insert as he does not reflect many if any of my beliefs. He has flaws bias's and beliefs. Is Rias truly lazy, not completely she trains just less than an ordinary devil her age would and he finds anything less than the average as not training at all. Nae has flaws I don't want him to be this perfect charcter after all. Also sorry about the Balance breaker ass pull it's not that I don't want and epic unlock scene or something but he already ultimate class there's not a lot of things he can fight that would want to threaten him to the point of triggering balance breaker. However that's not the case for subspecies and Abyss side. (Which if you don't know because you either need to read the novel or know a person who has.) Abyss side is like the stage after balance breaker.
