Chapter 54 - Talus Descends Into The Ocean for some Grub and Ungar Confronts a New Evil.

One night when everyone had gone off to sleep Talus and Ungar decided to stay awake and go their separate ways in the city. They both walked

over to the edge of the floating city seeing the planet below with a large blue ocean

below. Ungar and Talus were very far apart but they were both standing on the

edge of the city structure. Ungar was unsure about something on a nearby planet so

he flew off in the direction of the disturbance with his black cape fluttering in the

night sky. Talus's eyes turned toward Ungar for a moment and then he simply

shrugged looked forward and after a quick smirk jumped straight off the edge

straight into the vast ocean below. As he was falling he wondered to himself, "I

wonder what spooked the warlock so much? I did feel something that seemed off.

No matter time to grab some grub," thought Talus and he almost completed

descending below. Talus descended into the water and all around him were giant

terrifying beasts, sea monsters. Terrible beasts, some looking like dragons with

twenty heads, others of giant fish with thousands of teeth and thousands of eyes,

some as big as mountains or large islands, and if you look further into the abyss

you get to see shadows of beasts much larger and far more terrifying. But Talus

could care less after all nothing down here could even touch him. A giant shark the

size of a sperm whale lunged at Talus, but he simply began to glow with electric

sparks and rammed right through the beast cutting the shark directly in half which

spooked the other sea monsters. Talus took a bite of the shark but thought the meat

was too gamey. He saw a giant squid the size of one of the Hawaiian islands swim

next to him, the eye of the squid alone was that of a humpback whale. But the

squid did not dare attack him, and Talus showed little interest in it. Talus saw a

large octopus the size of an orca whale and licked his lips. He sprang towards it,

grabbed its tentacle and threw it into the air where it landed on the city above; he

flew up and landed on the body killing it in an instant. He was ready to cut it up

and serve it to the others for a meal tomorrow, and then he had a weird feeling,

"that thing Ungar is pursuing, it seems familiar? Oh well, it's just in my mind. I'm

sure it's nothing," Talus thought to himself. And Talus began to drag the giant

octopus home.

Meanwhile Ungar was descending upon the small planet, the surface was a

strange purplish gray color and the planet seemed void of all life. But there was

something off about the whole thing and Ungar knew that there was a dark energy

nearby and that he needed to find it. Ungar looked around but he could not quite

sense exactly where the evil energy was coming from. And then Ungar saw him as

a terrible creature with the beak of a parrot, large devil horns and a bizarre tail.

"Who are you?" said Ungar. "I know who you are, Ungar the warlock. Never

thought you would be one of my master's greatest adversaries," said the strange

being. Ungar stood there with a calm composure and not with a moment and then

he said; "is the fact you know who I am supposed to rattle me? If so, it's not

working very well," said Ungar. "Hehehehe I thought not. But boy oh boy you

have a lot of souls within you I sense Da Vinci, Abu Hanifa, Maimonides,

Aristotle, Ibn Rushd, Tesla, and many more, boy have you grown star child," said

the being. "ENOUGH TALK! What's your name, monster???!!!" said Ungar. "My

name is Salef. I am a servant of Lilith and by extension Lucifer. You deserve to no

nothing else... NOW DIE!" said the creature. Salef jumped into battle and Ungar

leaped back in an instance while Ungar shot lasers from his eyes. But Salef simply

countered the lasers and simply began to laugh a howling cackling laughter. Ungar

struck Salef with blow after blow to no avail.

Ungar turned giant and grew to be a

little over thirty feet tall and after a barrage of attacks he stepped directly on the demon Salef and began to crush him but Salef lifted Ungar's foot off of his body

with ease and tossed Ungar on his back. After this Ungar retracted back to his

normal size down to a shorter 7 feet and simply got into a fighting stance. But then

the strange red crystal on Salef's head began to glow and then a whirling vortex

appeared from his mouth. It began to engulf Ungar but Ungar was trapped there

was nothing that could stop it. "Oh Boy you're trapped, that's too bad! Time to go

bye bye! Hahahahaha....!' but it was cut abruptly short. Talus had hit Salef in the

back of the head. It was Talus. "Next time Warlock, don't let your guard down!"

said Talus. "Didn't expect you would come," said Ungar. "For now just stand

down, I'll deal with this fool," said Talus. "Alright no problem, but make sure to

wrap this up quickly," said Ungar. Talus smirked, "Don't worry I'll finish him

quickly," said Talus. Salef began to snicker; "Finally my old friend Talus, I finally

get to kill this traitor. Are you ready to die?" said Salef. "I'd like to see you try,"

said Talus. Ungar noticed that Talus was shaking, but not with fear but with anger.

"What could have made this man so rattled, I haven't known Talus for long, but

I've never seen him behave like this," thought Ungar. In short, the warlock was

deeply perplexed.

Meanwhile, in his palace Kesh woke up in the middle of the night with Fu in

his arms. He felt the need to check his terminal as he walked into his office he

noticed the blueish greenish dark sky that was the norm of the Planet Saklarius he took out some alvesen (space brandy) putting it up to his life, he drank it slow and

he coveted the taste on his lips. Kesh proceeded to walk into his office simply

turning on his personal terminal. The digital screen flashed above him and there

was a strange file on the computer that was not there before. He saw a note on his

computer that simply said; "check the file: Project Crystal." Kesh had not noticed

before but there was a file on his computer. 'That's odd I've never seen that file

before, clearly the man who left this digital note had access to my computer but

that's impossible. Even Fu himself has no access to my quarters as it can only be

activated by my biological signature, and Fu for that matter shares my

bed-chamber," thought Kesh. He opened it, 'there were files of pictures and video

files on the emperor inspecting what the scientists referred to as fallen angels that

could be reanimated for the empire, as a weapon," said the Emperor. Kesh was

agast he stated we are the gods who are these angels but false apparitions, who are

these beings that they refer to as such.' But then it got much stranger. There were

countless files of the imperial scientists opening up portals where strange

disgusting disfigured monsters would come from and they would be led to copulate

with mortal women. From what Kesh saw on the video file collection there was no

fewer than thousands of hours of women being raped and beaten and sometimes

the women would be cut open and giant grotesque creatures would protrude from

their corpse eat the demon that was about to or had just raped the woman spit out another demon and then those two beings would seemingly copulate.

For years

Kesh only cared about power but for the time at least as far as he could remember

he felt compassion for someone other than him or Fu. He saw a squid man with a

goat head relieving himself in the opened up corpse of a child.

Another file appeared: 'Project L,' he clicked on it. In this there were angels

everywhere and giant beasts that looked like giant humans with bird heads that

were in cages. They were being operated in and their brains were being modified

into machines. But there was one being that was entrapped in one that seemed like

dried sulfur. You could see a so-called angel with long hair, and succulent lips.

Trying to be released; some creature in addition to this named 'Gaia,' had its

essence sealed in what was called 'the Zeal of Nectar,' which encased a terrifying

demon that was somehow associated with this angel, Kesh slowly zoomed in on

the image of this frozen angel. 'After this Kesh simply thought of the angel in the

casing, I've seen this person somewhere before.'
