On a faithful day, a child named Carl was dropped in front of the door of the chief priest Pascal. Carl was a gifted child, Pascal then decided to raise him as his own son. Carl had a rare element (lightning), but Pascal's son named Leo couldn't even use his power which made the people criticize him but most of the criticism was shunned by Carl because he was fast and a quick learner. He was nicknamed after the fastest dragon THE BLACK DRAGON. Pascal then heard that 1001st person had been sent into the cave of Kalanga, and nothing has been heard from the person. So, he decided to create THE SORCERER'S ACADEMY and announced that once a person reaches the age of 8, he/she would be given a weapon.
Meanwhile, a ship from the outside world mistakenly entered the land of Pizam. Some people then said that the crew on the ship were attacked by a dragon, and everyone were killed except from the son of the captain of the ship (jack) who was thrown into the sea.
a strange thing happened to jack, a water serpent appeared to him and gave him the element of water, Pascal then found jack at the shore of the sea and took him in as his son on his 8th birthday he was given his weapon (spear) ,Leo was given a katana, Carl was given a double sword too
Carl's element instantly transferred into his sword, but Leo was unable to do so.
One day, a baby dragon was about to attack the land, but the giant dwarfs Vidal created to protect the kingdom (Alfred) was about to hit it which his air mace then carl saved it. he then decided to keep it with him and named it Meza he looked for a cave to keep it and started training it
A YEAR LATER
The sorcerer's academy was able to produce sorcerers that they taught could explore the cave of Kalanga. they then decided that two people would go who were jim (pascal's first son) and his trusted friend tim but as usual nothing was heard from them immediately, they entered the cave.
This demoralized Pascal so he had to shut down the academy for five years and later reopened it. Another incident then occurred, after he had finish teaching, he then went home on getting there he found his wife dead and an ice dagger stabbed in her head, he shut down the academy again.
AFTER FOUR YEARS
some elders volunteered to assist him in training the student-

these were all the elders that volunteered to help him, there was then an elder who no one knew both his name and element, most people thought it was mind manipulation but only the elders knew the truth.
Unexpectedly Deliv (Zack's father) died then he swore to revenge because no one took him in. Carl then joined the academy, the following Carl then turned eighteen, Pascal then organized a tournament, Carl was so excited.
After intense training for about two months, the tournament started quickly. Unknowingly to Carl he was placed to fight a girl named Justina (the adopted daughter of the king) carl instantly refused to fight the girl, Justina took the advantage of carl who was not focused and fired an arrow towards him
immediately a stormed started with lighting pouring down the elders then stopped the fight after carl had calmed down Justina then went to apologies, soon they started getting along and became friends. Carl walked her home and realized that she was living in the Royal palace carl was welcomed and so excited
he went straight to the king in order to exchange words with him he then asked "what kind of element do you use your majesty?" he was snubbed and didn't get a reply so he asked another question about the cave of Kalanga, the king then replied "a long time ago, the demon king craven broke out of the underworld
and insisted that everyone should worship him but when no one did he started tormenting and no one could stop him. Only Vidal could stop him because only Vidal was his match but even Vidal couldn't defeat him then they made a deal that Vidal would use the staff for anything he wants after he dies, his soul would be given to craven
, Vidal then on the condition that craven would not come out from the cave of Kalanga which was the gate of the underworld. Craven agreed, few days later after Vidal got the staff, he was assassinated by his best friend (Zimbal).
Zimbal was then on ransom but no one could catch him and he was able to get away with his family" carl asked inquisitively "what happened to the staff" the king then replied "craven took it to the cave of Kalanga with Vidal's soul and body" carl was happy to get information about the staff and then left
On his way out he saw Justina entering the palace he bid her goodbye, and they went their separate ways. When he got home the chief priest asked him that what the king asked about, carl related the event to the chief priest and for the first time in ten years, the chief priest smiled and was happy. Leo on the other hand was training, and he lost control of his power and froze the entire forest pascal then rush to rescue him and told him "It is not by emotions it is used, it is by the mind"
Leo was morally boosted and decide that he would join the academy.
FEW DAYS LATER
a tournament was organized which only 16 out of 102 contestants passed. On that same day craven saw a vision that he would be defeated by a lightning user, craven didn't believe this because he had already captured the strongest user but to be so sure he sent a demon named Crovic to kill all Vidal's descendant at the same time hunt any lightning user left.
Meanwhile carl was sparring with Leo when they heard a loud sound, it was carl's dragon someone hunted and wanted cark rescued it again and changed the den of the dragon Leo had already gone home when crovic appeared to carl he then said "so you are a lightning user, I thought I killed you when I killed your parents" carl angrily said "where are my parents?"
crovic then replied "come join them"
