Have you ever been a wizard? I've dabbled a bit… or so the story goes.
Truth be told, I actually was a wizard once. On September 1st, 1887, I received an acceptance letter from Hogwarts and transferred in as a fifth-year student. I managed to finish all my coursework without a hitch.
I did pretty well in broomstick maintenance, magical ruins archaeology, ancient runes, charms, potions, herbology, transfiguration, and care of magical creatures.
I'd made it my mission to protect the peace and stability of the wizarding world. While I was at school, I threw myself into the conservation work in the Forbidden Forest and earned top marks for it. My efforts dealt a heavy blow to poaching in the forest and made a visible contribution to the safety and stability of the magical world.
During my time at Hogwarts, I also stopped the outbreak of the Third Goblin Rebellion and took down the mastermind behind it the goblin rebel leader Ranrok.
While I studied at Hogwarts, the spell I excelled at most was the Avada Kedavra Chain Lightning. I also had some talent with ancient magic, and I was good at chaining spells together for efficient combat. When I was outnumbered by poachers, I relied on magical plants to break through. I was especially fond of mandrakes and those homegrown biting cabbages.
Later on, the wizarding world's future greatest white wizard, Albus Dumbledore, ended up as my junior. Unfortunately, he wasn't sorted into Hufflepuff like I was. As a proud Hufflepuff graduate, I vowed to carry on the house's spirit of unity, kindness, and hard work, and spread that goodwill to the world.
After graduation, to stay true to that path, I set out to train and travel across the globe.
I've patted the Ancient One on the head, borrowed yes, borrowed Gandalf's staff to give Sauron a beating, befriended a group of magical girls who called themselves mahou shoujo, and had more than a few sweaty, magic-heavy sparring matches with them.
Then I accidentally wandered into the world ruled by a Golden Emperor. Because of a misunderstanding, a group called the Silent Sisters mistook me for a daemon from the warp. I had no choice but to subdue them and plant seeds of loyalty to smooth things over.
Now that my adventures are behind me and my name is known far and wide, I've returned to Earth. But my magic is far too powerful casting even a single spell could trigger an irreversible mana tidal wave that might tear the planet apart. So I've sealed most of it away and decided to spend retirement writing stories to pass the time.
