After Izuku showed All Might his full cowl technique, they discussed what they'd do tomorrow.
Toshinori will come to his house tomorrow morning to pick him up and they'll both make their way to Might Tower.
After that, his mother and Toshinori exchanged phone numbers to keep in touch with one another.
Along with that, they showed Toshinori around the house he was pretty embarrassed when the man saw his All Might shrine of a room, Toshinori just laughed and shuffled his hair.
What Izuku was most excited about was All Might's promise to tell him more about his mentor, the previous user of One For All.
It happened when Toshinori saw one of his mother's old photos, the one Izuku had on his desk. He just turned four years old in that photo.
'He said she reminds him of his master, though she died fighting a villain, and he had another teacher who was close to her teaching him, I wonder who that is', Izuku thought.
Izuku did learn her hero name, which was The Floating Hero: Nimbus, so he didn't have that much problem finding her online, after Toshinori left.
She wasn't that popular, he guessed by choice, but he did learn of her quirk, float, and her sudden 'quirk awaking', which he realized was One For All.
He added her to his hero notebook and got to bed right after. He couldn't do a deep search on the woman because it was pretty late at night, but he promised himself that he'd learn as much as he could about her.
-Scene Break-
Izuku got up from bed with gusto, he quickly made his way to the bathroom to brush his teeth.
'I can't believe I'm going to Might Tower today', Izuku thought, a grin on his face.
Every All Might fan wanted to see the Might Tower up close, this was All Might's official headquarters. When the man got back from America, he created that building with the famous scientist David Shield!
Izuku always wanted to see the building up close, and now he was going to do just that!
He didn't really want to think of the fact that he would be the owner of said building when he turned eighteen, that was just too much stress at the moment.
After he finished changing into his fanciest workout outfit he grabbed his hero notebook and made his way to the kitchen.
As usual, his mother was there making breakfast.
"Good morning, Mom!", Izuku said.
"Good Morning, Izuku, breakfast is ready. You should sit down", Inko replied.
Izuku nodded his head and sat down, after a couple more minutes Inko came with both of their plates.
"Eat well Izuku, you'll need all the energy you could get for today", Inko said.
After they finished their food Izuku helped his mom with the dishwashing, there was a knock on the front door when they finished cleaning.
Izuku already knew who that'll be so he made his way to open the door, "Good morning Toshinori!", he said.
"Good morning young Izuku", Toshinori replied, entering the house.
After Toshinori and Inko finished greeting one another, Both Toshinori and Izuku said goodbye to Inko as they made their way to Toshinori's car.
"Wow.. that's a nice car", Izuku couldn't help but say as they arrived.
Toshinori grinned sheepishly at that, "I may have gone overboard, but I thought you might like it, that's one of my old cars I bought in America", he said and the both of them entered the car, a grey Tesla.
"I can't believe we're going to your agency, I feel like I'm cheating.. I mean, all of my classmates are probably training in UA's gyms but I get to train with you alone". Izuku said, rubbing the back of his neck.
Toshinori sighed, he expected Izuku to say that eventually, "Young Izuku, just like your mother said yesterday, you are not going to be a regular hero", Izuku looked at him as he continued.
"I can't say that I'm not favoring you, but you must understand that you are my successor, the number one hero of the world's successor, once villains find out about you, and about my retirement, they're going to go right after you".
"I'm not trying to scare you, my boy, but I don't have much time left, and you have only been able to control One For All yesterday, which is my fault. I should've tried to teach you better, I shouldn't have left you on your own, while you kept breaking yourself".
"That's not your fault, All Might!", Izuku interrupted, "I chose to keep using the quirk like that.. I realized yesterday that I never really tried to think of how to use One For All before, I just.."
Toshinori sighed as he placed his hand on top of Izuku's head, "The point I'm trying to make is that I want to teach you everything I can, while I still can".
"I wouldn't be able to protect you for long.. once I lose One For All, I'll be completely quirkless".
Izuku began to cry at that, Toshinori only smiled at him as he gave him a side hug, ruffling his hair. "You crybaby", he said.
"The w..world… Japan is not ready for that", Izuku said as he calmed down, "People wouldn't look at Endeavor like they look at you".
"I know, that is why I want to train you as much as possible, and while that may seem unfair to you, I'm sure you understand why that is necessary for me to train you more than your classmates".
Izuku nodded his head in silence.
"You know, people are usually happy when the symbol of peace offers to spend more time with them than others", Toshinori said with a teasing grin.
Izuku chuckled at that, "Thanks", he said as he calmed down.
Toshinori ruffled Izuku's hair once more as he said, "Let's get going now, to Might Tower!".
-Scene Break-
Izuku thought they would enter the building from the front gates, he was wrong.
"Just.. how many reporters are there?", he asked, as the both of them saw the.. horde.
Toshinori sighed, "It's always like that, thankfully, I have my super secret passageway!".
They continued driving until they got to the back of the building, Toshinori pressed some buttons on his phone, and suddenly, the ground began to open up, and a passage through was formed.
Toshinori drove forward and they entered a garage full of cars. Izuku was quite sure almost all of the cars were worth more than his own house.
The passage instantly closed as they entered, and Toshinori parked his car and they got out of the vehicle.
"This is my garage, I keep my vehicles here, though I rarely ever use any of them that much nowadays". Toshinori said. "Follow me to the elevator".
Izuku followed Toshinori as they made their way to the elevator, they entered and Toshinori pressed a big button with the letter M on it.
"Where are we going to, Toshinori?". Izuku couldn't help but ask.
"We're going to my personal department, of course!", Toshinori replied.
"You mean the one that's behind the Might Gate? The one only you can enter?". Izuku asked.
"Of course!".
Izuku could feel his hands beginning to shake a little.
I'm going to see what's behind the Might gate! I never thought this day would come, I think I'm about to pass out or something'.
They arrived shortly after, Izuku was still trying to calm himself down throughout the short journey.
They got out of the elevator, and made their way out of the lobby, Izuku followed Toshinori through the corridor. There were many pictures and trophies along the way.
Eventually they arrived at a large open space, to their left was the Might Gate, All Might's personal living area, to their right was All Might's personal office, and in front of them was..
Izuku thought he was dreaming all over again, "This is.. is this what I think it is?". Izuku asked.
"Yes", Toshinori replied, "This is the famous balcony I jump out of when I start my hero work and into when I finish it".
Before Izuku could express his shock Toshinori interrupted him, "Come now, young Izuku, I'll let you explore eventually but not today, we have training to begin!".
Izuku took a deep breath, nodding his head, "Yeah.. you're right, lead the way".
They made their way to the Might Gate, it scanned Toshinori and opened right after, "I should add your DNA to the system already, so you could have access to this without me around", Toshinori said as they continued.
They entered and arrived at the living room, there was a huge TV screen and as they continued, Izuku saw a very large kitchen, 'I'm sure Mom will be impressed', he thought.
They arrived at a corridor, there was a large door to the left and to the right the corridor continued, and Izuku saw… even more doors.
"The large door to the left is the gym", Toshinori began explaining, "Now for the other doors.. all of them are bedrooms, if you want to go to the bathroom it's further along, you'll see the big blue door".
Izuku was stunned, "Just how many bedrooms do you have?", he asked.
Toshinori chuckled at that, "Yeah.. Dave and his construction team went overboard with this".
'Isn't that a little lonely, living here like this?', Izuku couldn't help but think.
"My bedroom is the first one to the right, you should choose one as well, young Izuku", Toshinori said.
Izuku saw that Toshinori's room was the first one on the right side of the corridor, "So.. I guess I'll pick the one in front of yours, on the left side".
Toshinori nodded his head, taking something out of his pocket, "This is a Might-cellphone, designed for heroes like me! It's waterproof, fireproof, and stronger than regular cell phones". He said as he gave Izuku the phone.
Izuku saw that it was a red phone and it had a green case too, "it's competitive with any sim, cannot be hacked, and it'll give you limited access to the building until I add your DNA to the system". Toshinori said.
"Thanks, Toshinori.. you really shouldn't ha-"
Toshinori placed his hand on top of Izuku's head, interrupting him. "Come now young Izuku, it's time to begin training, we can't waste anymore time!".
Izuku nodded his head, putting his new phone in his pocket the duo made their way to the gym.
-Scene Break-
The gym was bigger than Izuku could've imagined, with machines that he didn't even know existed, but he didn't have time to admire it, not today, at least.
Izuku followed Toshinori, they arrived to a large, somewhat empty room, the walls were made of metal, Izuku noticed, there was a bunch of punching bags and other machines Izuku was not familiar with but for the most part, it was empty.
"This room was made mainly for sparring, though I rarely ever use it", Toshinori said.
Izuku nodded his head, All Might never had any heroes or sidekicks working with him in his agency, except for Nighteye, but the hero was not much of a front line limelight fighter like All Might, so Izuku understood why the man never really needed this room.
"Alright, young Izuku, the first thing I want you to do today is your regular warm up, but with Full Cowl activated ", Toshinori explained.
"First you need to get used to Full Cowl, then we'll see how much percentage you can really handle. Throughout these two weeks you'll learn how to perform high jumps, as well as air maneuvering and how to land properly from a high jump, as well as some boxing and kickboxing".
He continued, "While you train on all of that, you'll also try to constantly up your limit of percentage, though we'll do that in a safely manner, understood? I want no Injuries, no self harming, nothing".
Izuku nodded his head, he was slightly nervous but was very excited at the same time.
Toshinori placed his hand on Izuku shoulder, "I'm sorry that I wasn't a proper mentor for you at the start, young Midoriya, I left you to your own devices, but no more, I promise you I'll do my best to be the best mentor ever".
"Thanks", Izuku whispered, "Though, I don't think you were ever that bad..".
"Of course you wouldn't", Toshinori smiled, "Come now, let's begin".
