That night, Alya couldn't sleep.
The sound of rain outside her window mixed with the echo of that whisper "Don't let it happen again."
She closed her eyes, and before she knew it, she was standing in the middle of the rice fields again but everything looked… different.
The fields were golden and bright, the sky clear, and laughter echoed in the air.
Dozens of people were there villagers she didn't recognize, smiling and waving.
Among them was a girl who looked exactly like her.
Alya froze. "Who… are you?"
The girl smiled softly. "You already know."
Before Alya could speak, the ground trembled.
The villagers began to fade, their faces turning pale like ash in the wind.
One by one, they vanished until only the other girl remained.
She stepped closer and whispered,
> "You were here before, Alya. You promised to protect Rarang. Don't forget."
A bright light burst around her, and Alya gasped waking up in her bed, drenched in sweat.
Her phone buzzed. A message from Ardan.
> Ardan: "Alya, come to the field. You need to see this."
Heart racing, Alya ran through the early morning mist toward the same place.
When she arrived, Ardan was already there holding a new photo.
It showed Alya, standing in the middle of the field, wearing the same white dress as the girl in her dream.
"But… how?" Alya whispered.
Ardan's eyes were wide. "This photo was taken in 1987."
