Episode 1: The Girl by the Rice Fields
(English Version)
The golden sunset painted the sky over the small village of Rarang. The sound of cicadas filled the air, mixed with the soft rustle of the rice fields.
Alya walked barefoot along the narrow path, her skirt brushing against the tall grass. It was her favorite time of day quiet, peaceful, and warm.
She didn't expect to see anyone there. But when she looked up, someone was standing at the end of the path a boy holding a camera.
"Hey… are you taking pictures here?" she asked softly.
The boy turned around. He had a shy smile. "Yeah. I just moved here. My name's Ardan."
Alya blinked. A newcomer in Rarang was rare. "Oh… welcome then. I'm Alya."
Ardan lifted his camera, then paused. "Can I… take your picture? The light here is perfect."
Alya laughed, brushing her hair behind her ear. "Only if you promise not to make me look weird."
He smiled wider this time. "Deal."
As the camera clicked, the wind carried the scent of rice and wildflowers.
Neither of them knew that this simple meeting in the middle of the rice fields would change their lives forever.
