We sit through more discussion and I watch as Dahlia commands the room. Listening to each speaker, asking questions for clarity, and answering their questions in turn. By the end of the hour she has absorbed every bit of intel we have available, and given directions as to how each should proceed. We have a plan of attack, and counter plans incase those fail. And she did this all in less than an hour. The fastest War Room meeting her mother has lead was nearly 6 hours- and we were not in an active war. This woman is incredible.
As things come to a close, and every one stands, Dahlia speaks again, "Can I have My parents, Mr. Lawson, General Vuaght and Avery remain in the room please, the rest of you are excused… Penny, you can stay aswell."
A collective "Yes, Your Highness" sounds through the room, followed by the sounds of chairs being tucked in and foot steps as they leave the room.
