Susan ended the call.He noticed that everyone has gone inside the hospital room to see the beautiful baby boy that Veronica have given birth to.Daniel quickly traced them to where they were in the hospital room.Everyone was happy and smiling as they were cuddling the baby.As Daniel went inside the room everyone's face changed.Daniel could notice the facial expressions of everyone in the room.He felt unwelcomed and rejected.
At first he was looking sad.But he faked a smile and said "wow,our baby is looking beautiful".He usee his fingers to touch the baby's soft cheek.
Daniel used the word "our" because at that moment he was tensed,he was feeling guilty that the child is his own and that he is trying to abandone Veronica and the child.This tension made him to use that statement.
Everyone was looking at him.Dan pretended to be so happy but inside of him he was not interested in anything going on in the environment.He looked at Veronica and said"w....we....we....we will talk when I come back,let me rush back to work".He spoke out of tension.
In his heart,he felt like he has disappointed Susan by using the word "our"for Veronica's baby.He wished he could correct himself but tension and guilt pushed him.
As he was about to leave the delivery room Janet poured out her anger."hey you,were do you think you are going?,you want to leave your wife and son and go to the office to be with that good for nothing wretch?".
"What do you mean,I want to go back to work to finish something urgent.I did not say I am not coming back ".Daniel replied.Even though he hated the way Janet insulted Susan he tried to tolerate it.
"Listen to me,you cannot use my daughter and dump her.My daughter was good to you and she treated you with love but all you could stupidly do is to dump her"Janet eyes began to drop tears
"Veronica was not who you think she is,she lied to you and I Did not say that I am dumping the baby"
"You can't destroy this woman's life by dumping her.I don't care whatever thing she did to you,you have to marry her since she have already given birth to a baby boy or else you will face the judgement of the court"Janet continues to speak angrily.
Dan felt bad,he felt like a wicked man.The tears in Janet's eyes made him feel so sorry for her and so bad for his attitude.But his heart is with susan.he already fell in love with Susan.
As Janet and Daniel were arguing,Fred had already called Susan on the phone.fred had already told Susan that Daniel came to the hospital to see his baby.Fred told Susan that if the baby was not for Daniel that Daniel would not have come to the hospital to see the baby.
Fred previously told Susan to call Fred and ask him where he is.Susan already did that.When Daniel was asked where he is by Susan, Daniel told her that he will tell her later.This made Susan to start coming to the hospital to confirm for herself if Daniel actually went to see the baby.
Back at the hospital,when Daniel and Janet were arguing , Daniel replied "You have no idea what Veronica did to me in the past.I don't love her anymore.I love someone else.I might take good care of the child but Veronica will go her way". Daniel spoke as he looked into Janet's eyes.
"You will surely regret this.You want to leave my daughter because that harlot is giving you sex.You should be ashamed of yourself.I heard how she seduced you in the office.Shameless man,you can't even control that thing that is between your legs.Fool".Janet spoke out of anger.
The shout woke Veronica from her sleep.her eyes opened a little.
"Enough of this insult.Susan is not a harlot.She is a responsible woman who loves me genuinely .She has changed my live and now I am a better person .My company have also grown to become one of the richest companies in the country because she is a genuis".
Janet looked at him and said "you are saying all this nonsense to me?"tears drop from her eyes.
Daniel was full of guilt as his mom was also looking at him.
As they were all in the hospital,the door open.It was a woman who was putting on red beautiful top and a black skirt.Her high heel work hitting against the floor.Her eyes was charming and looking blue.Her fair skin glow and radiate the environment.Her hair ran down her back.Susan who now collect the highest salary in the company was looking like the owner of the Daniel's company.She came with two body guards which was given to her by Daniel.
No one knew that Susan is no more the poor woman that use to be a local secretary.She is now like the wife of Daniel who controls the company when Daniel is not around.She choose to be a secretary even when Daniel wanted to promote her to be one of the managing directors.
As one of the body guard opened the door, everyone saw a muscular man dressed in a bodyguard clothes with black gloves.He was looking huge with muscles.As one of the body opened the door Susan majestically walked into the room.As she entered the room everyone was looking surprised and shocked.Even the Fred himself was surprised at her new look and authority.
Janet who was ranting could no longer say anything.The outstanding beauty of Susan,the charming eyes,and authority in the way she commands the bodyguard made everyone to stay silent, including Veronica.
They all noticed that Susan's stomach was protruding and looking big because she was pregnant.
"Darling,why didn't you tell me that you were in this hospital when I asked you on the phone?"Susan was looking disappointed.
"Baby,we need to talk outside "He looked at Susan.
Daniel walked out of the room and Susan followed him outside for an explanation.Susan told the body guards that they should remain at a place while Daniel and Susan went to a private place.Daniel was so tensed as he did not know what to tell Susan.He actually came because he was threatened by Janet.
In the room everyone was surprised at Susan's new look and her new status.Janet became more jealous.Fred's desire to win back Susan increase as he noticed that Susan is looking more beautiful.Jessica was jealous and full of envy because the woman she called a wretch looks better than her own daughter and her son Fred.
At the corridor ,when Daniel a d Susan got a private place Daniel spoke"Susan I actually came here because of my mother,she sees me as a bad person.Everyone in my family sees me as a betrayal for abandoning Veronica which is actually a lie.but if I don't come to the house.The hatred in my family will increase.Right now I don't think I actually have a family because I feel rejected".
"Dan,you need to stop dancing to the tunes of people,stop trying to place people and follow your heart.If your family abandons you then I am here for you.I want you to see me as your own family ".
"Susan,this is not easy,the family I grew up with are always calling me bad names"Daniel's eyes began to look reddish.
"Dan,you are not the only one going through all this,my family also rejected me because of you.my own mother called me a harlot and she said she does not want to see me again in her house.So we are all fight for our love". Susan used her two hands to wrap around Daniel's neck.
Daniel felt loved.he said"I love you Susan,there is no woman that can ever replace you in my life.Remeber that you are the one that made me a better person in character"
Susan felt loved, warm and appreciated.She replied "Thank you darling and you also made me the woman I am today.you made me feel like superwoman.When you first approached me at the office for love I felt like a superstar.Everyone was talking"Susan was smiling.
As they were talking Fred had already tried to meet Susan to try to convince her that the baby belongs to Daniel and that Daniel do not love her.He had already walked out of the room and he was moving to where Fred and Susan were both talking to each other.He heard some of their romantic talks even though he was stopped by the bodyguards.
He left the hospital in frustration and in anger.That night Fred got home.He called Veronica on the phone.He said "Hi,how are you doing,how is the baby"
""He is fine"Veronica replied with a frustrated voice.She is frustrated because Daniel does not love her and her mom had already accused her for being part of the cause of why Daniel does not love her.
"Daniel and Susan's relationship is really causing a lot of trouble.I think I have an idea on how we can create a confusion that will separate them"Fred spoke
"What idea is that?"Veronica's voice increased with excitement.She desperately wants Daniel back to her life.
"I want us to drug Daniel with a sleeping pill.you will take a blood sample from him.And then fake a DNA test result for both Daniel and your new baby so that they will look the same .A doctor will help us with that.This will convince Susan that Daniel is a cheat and she will leave him".
"Wow, that's a brilliant idea,we will make plan on how we are going to carry it out"Veronica was very excited.She stood up from her bed in excitement to make a delicious meal for dinner because the idea of Daniel have made her to develop appetite for food.
